Had my roof shoveled cause of an Ice Damm They came shoveled the roof and cleaned up no complaints there. Was told my leak should stop now and paid way over market value found out neighbors were paying less then half what I paid for exact same roof... but my fault not checking other places that had same insurance in place. Fast forward two weeks roof started leaking in exact same spot. Called and texted company got ghosted till I made a comment on one of their adds. Paid a second company to come up told that original should have made a valley in Damm for water to travel off roof which the second company did. No more leaks. Would not hire Jacks roofing again they charge 100% more then anyone paid in my area and did not fix the initial problem I paid them too do. And got a snooty response back finally that I didn't even bother responding too...

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 9 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 9, of which 9 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Jack's Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
