I booked an appointment with Eric and I drove almost 2 hours from Toronto and he did not even bother to show up. I left a voicemail and no return call. I called back and he sent me right to voicemail. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

We just had our roof replaced by Peak Performance. We are beyond happy with the pricing, workmanship and follow up post-project. They completed the work within the specified time, and showed great care for our property while working. We have no hesitations in recommending them. They were professional from start to finish.

Peak Performance did a wonderful job putting new shingles on the roof of my house. Quality shingles, great price. The crew worked steadily and are real professionals. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and they even checked for stray nails, more than once. A job well done and they deserve a 5 star rating.

Peak Performance repaired my brother's roof on his two-storey home. They were SO kind with both of us big balls of anxiety, being new to home repair, & the neighbours being unkind to put it politely. Peak Performance dealt with the neighbours so that we didn't have to & were very patient with all our questions. The crew was great, tidy, & efficient. Roof looks fab. No BS throughout the project. Highly recommend!

We were told the owner was a perfectionist and it's true! It's such a relief to know that your roof—something so important in the protection of your house—is installed well and with high quality materials. Both Derrick and Rachel were very friendly and we would definitely recommend them.

Lost some shingles in the derecho that passed through Peterborough in summer 2022. I called Peak and and got a timely response. They used a drone to look at my roof! Brilliant and allowed them to provide me with options. We agreed on Wednesday and by Friday someone was there fixing the gaps, replacing a damaged roof vent and doing a whole assessment of the roof. A dry roof is one the most important things in home ownership, and the value provided was commensurate. I would consider and recommend Peak for all your roofing needs.
