9 years after a McGilley installs a brand new roof, it's leaking. Contractors have inspected the work and identified major workmanship issues. They refuse to honor their work. Beware before you contract with McGilley. The work will not last. He charged me for extra linear feet of wood to replace rotted pieces but failed to properly do so.

This was our 1st experience with McGilley Roofing. The company came highly recommended to us and we can see why - Tom McGilley and his team were all very pleasant, efficient, and extremely hardworking, conscientious, and exceptional in the cleanup after completion of the job. Thank you for such a great customer experience - we are completely satisfied with our new roof and we have already received several comments on how great it looks!

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with McGilly Roof & Construction. I had a frustrating, spotty leak that I couldn’t pinpoint, and after having a few people come out—including some who used a drone over the roof—I still didn’t have a definite answer. Then Tom came out and actually got on the roof himself. He found the problem with his own eyes, explained the best way to repair it, and even matched the shingles to my existing roof so the repair looks seamless. His crew came out and got the job done quickly, efficiently, and properly. From start to finish, I felt comfortable having them work on my home, and I really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. I’m very happy I found McGilly Roof & Construction and would absolutely recommend them. 5 stars to Tom and the crew! Thank you for doing the job right!

McGilley Roofing just finished replacing our roof and it came out great. We got several estimates last year but found that we needed an extra year to save up after seeing the full replacement cost. McGilley roofing's quote was similar to others but I felt better using them because they're a local small business with great reviews. Before we could call Tom this year to get on his schedule, we had a portion of our roof rip up from high winds so I called them right away. Tom came out same day to fix the damage at no cost since we were committed to getting the roof replaced with him this year. This is why our family supports small business. Honest, trustworthy, and highly skilled. Thank you McGilley Roofing!!
