  Terrible. Delt with Garson and he was great up to when the job started. Was agreed that as they do the job if any underlying issues needed to be address they would call and see if I would like to have them fixed. They just threw shingles on as fast as possible, didn't reset grommets on roof pass throughs and did not question low spots in roof. After job was done there is noticeable low spots and they now want to charge to remove shingles and to repair, verses doing it while the shingles were off like was agreed on. To boot, Garson was no longer in Sioux Falls anymore when the job was done and sent someone else out that had 100 excuses.

  McCoy did my mom’s gutters and installed gutter guards. Not only do they look great but the gutter guards do their job. Her gutters do not need to get cleaned up twice a year like before installation!

  They redid our roof two years ago after the hail storm that we had in Sioux falls. At the time the roofing guys themselves were excellent. I still to this day stand behind their Roofing job. However they went ahead and installed gutters to replace our gutters due to some damage and unfortunately not only was the supervisor bad during installation I had had troubles two Winters in a row with the gutters themselves. The first winter someway did come and inspect and was going to come back in the spring to take care of the issue however they did not. I unfortunately being busy had forgotten about it until the second winter hit and the same problem reoccurred. This year we decided to have them replaced with just a little of having them for 2 years and them not checking to see if we were satisfied with the repairs. Which did not happen. I know as a customer I am responsible for part of it not going back to them and stating it hadn't been done. But with it being their company they are responsible to be checking up and following up that it was done to my satisfactory as well. I will say if you're looking at having somebody do your roof I have yet to have any issues with that. And I'm still 100% satisfied with my roof being done by them. However they apparently do not have the gutter knowledge necessary in order to replace gutters.

  Gabe sold me gutters for my house and his service was above and beyond. He communicated with me promptly and efficiently. The crew did a great job installing my gutters and addressed any concerns that I had.

  Garson was awesome. McCoy was my cheapest bid and, with the most affordable, was the most knowledgeable. They were the only ones who quoted something for my 1:12 pitch to prevent ice damming. Wagner roof and solar, 1-800-Hanson would reshingle it and cause future problems for me. I know they say cheap isn't always the best but in this case. This company has affordable quality and knowledge with Garson's great customer service. Highly recommend them and will always use them in the future.

  McCoy Roofing is the company to call for the best roofing services, I’ve gotten the opportunity to work with the contractor Rony Sieperda, he’s always been understanding and amazing to work with. Having him as my strength coach he’s always putting time and effort into helping athletes become the best they can be, while working with him I’ve noticed that he’s got a drive and dedication with whatever he does.   In regards to a mysterious and long season of winter I wanted my roof inspected and check for any damages. Contractor Rony S. came to the rescue and did the inspection in a timely manner with professionalism. I would recommend this company and Rony to everyone.
