Incompetent owner. Incompetent office staff. McCormack sold the company, so the current owner is NOT McCormack, the current owner has NO roofing experience at all and is just trying to profit off old customers and charge new customers high prices. They always delay your appointments and never on time. Their accounting kept making mistakes and tried to overcharge. They hire out for projects and don’t care about their workers or their customers. Their workers even complained to me, said they get paid very little and are unhappy with the company. Don’t do business with this company.

Set up inquiry online. The phone appointment was supposed to 15 min long and at 9am. Received follow up text shortly stating call is one hour long. 2nd follow up text that your phone call is in one hour. Never got a call. Way to start a business relationship.

I called in at the top of the week about my 5 yr old, under warranty roof leaking. They said someone would call to schedule service within 48 hours. That window came and went. With another big storm in the forecast next week I called back …

9-months has passed for an on-going project, and McCormack Roofing has abandoned the roofing and solar project. There have been multiple missed appointments and no notice cancellations. The project has failed inspection and the company has stopped all communication. I would recommend anyone looking for these services to look elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional.

McCormack Construction did a excellent job on my roof replacement. The workers was always on time, and they were very attentive to what I wanted. They always cleaned up behind themselves, which I am very particular about. And made sure that you were pleased with the roof once they completed. I will highly recomend them and I will continue doing business with them. Thank you McCormack Construction for the amazing experience and the awesome workers! Thank you much love, Ashley

Had a new solar roof installed by McCormack Roofing. Installation crew was on time, worked hard, cleaned up afterwards, was friendly, and was easy to communicate with. Project manager handled the logistics well but did not convey agreed upon details to the crew and did not QA the work. Some cosmetic issues existed upon completion but I was able to fix the minor ones and McCormack stood by their work and resolved the larger issue.

I met with Mike Takahashi and was very impressed with his professionalism and understanding of our Church needs. We completed 2 projects together and everything went perfectly. McCormack completed another project for our Church about 5 years ago and everything is holding up nicely. I would recommend them to anyone looking for roofing. I know the last 12 months were difficult with the massive storms but McCormack kept us informed and completed the job in a reasonable timeframe. Ana Vargas was a big part of that. I will definitely use McCormack in any future projects.

June 2022 3*: The company has re-engaged with us and is trying to address the issues. We have re-signed with them. I will further update this review when the work is completed. May 2022 1*: Extremely un-professional. DO NOT waste your time with this company. We worked with them for about a month to finalize quote for Roof and Solar for two on a lot. After we signed, they disappeared for about awhile. They finally came back after about another month to take some measurements and get us design. Then, after providing us first Solar layout design and while waiting for final design to sign-off, out of nowhere and without any explanation, we get a cancellation letter with PART of our deposit back. Their records were so poor, we had to then prove that we made two deposits, even though it is clearly stated in the contracts, before they would even investigate/search for our other deposit. Finally got the second (one for solar and one for roof) deposit back. Still zero explanation on cancellation 6 weeks after signing the contract. Add to that, the internal staff is rude.
