Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review—even if it took a few years\! It truly means a lot\. I still remember that stormy Sunday evening, and I’m grateful I was able to get there in time to protect your home before the heavy rain moved in\. Helping homeowners during stressful situations is exactly why we do what we do\. Thank you for trusting Masterpiece Roofing and for your incredibly kind words\. Being called a “super hero” is an honor, but I was simply doing what I believe every roofing contractor should—showing up when customers need help the most\. We’re always here if you ever need us again\. Thank you for your support and for recommending Masterpiece Roofing\! — Shane Schubert Owner, Masterpiece Roofing & Construction

We had our roof replaced on February 28, 2026, by Shane with Masterpiece Roofing and Construction LLC, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. From our very first conversation, Shane was upfront, honest, and incredibly helpful. This was an insurance claim through Allstate, and he really took the lead in helping us navigate that process. He made everything easy to understand and handled the back-and-forth, which took a lot of stress off of us. On installation day, everything ran smoothly. Materials and crew arrived on time, the team was professional and efficient, and the quality of work looks great. Shane kept us updated throughout with clear communication and photos, which we really appreciated. What truly set this experience apart was the extra care. My husband was about to get deployed, and Shane went above and beyond by helping with a few additional items around the house that were on his “honey do list”—fixing part of our fence, repairing our master bedroom closet, and even filling a hole at the end of our driveway. That level of thoughtfulness meant a lot and helped take a huge load off our plates. The final chimney piece was installed on April 8th, completing the project, and everything looks fantastic. We couldn’t be happier with the results and the service we received. Highly recommend Shane and Masterpiece Roofing and Construction—we would absolutely use them again!

Shane was recommended to me by a neighbor - he and his guys did an outstanding job with my new roof - everything was explained in advance and he kept in constant communication - sent me photos of the progress while I was at work and stayed on top of every detail. Working with Masterpiece was great. They answered all my questions and worked with my schedule. The roof turned out amazing. A true Masterpiece! They even took care of and fixed what a previous company did wrong. Will definitely use Masterpiece again and will refer them to my friends and family.
