  Martin Brothers Roofing & Exteriors just completed a new roof on our home, and we were very impressed with how fast and organized the crew was. They removed the old shingles and installed the new roofing system in only two days on a large 4200 square-foot house, which really showed their skill and efficiency.   After a bad hail storm, we contacted tracy for a roof inspection and an exterior check. tracy found clear storm damage on our roof, plus issues with the gutters and siding. He suggested we start an insurance claim, and that ended up being the right move. When the adjuster came out, tracy was there to help review the roofing damage and make sure nothing was missed. The insurance company approved the claim, and we were able to replace the full exterior, including the roof system, gutters, and siding. brayden was very helpful during the whole process and explained our options for shingles, siding materials, and other exterior details in simple terms. He was honest, dependable, and easy to work with. The crew finished the roofing and exterior work quickly, within about a week, and the final result looked great.   As a homeowner, my family and I were very glad to meet Tracy from Martin Brothers Roofing & Exteriors. Tracy took the time to explain our roofing options after storm damage led to a small leak, and as a newer homeowner, that made the whole process much easier to understand. There was no pressure at all, and we felt confident in the roof repair and replacement plan from the start. They followed through on everything they said.   These roofers are the best. I called after a strong storm damaged my roof and skylight, which had started leaking, and they came out the same day. They quickly put a tarp over the damaged area to help prevent more water damage and also helped me get the insurance claim process started. I could not have asked for better service. After another round of heavy rain and strong wind, Brayden and Tracy returned to install a larger tarp for extra protection. They did a great job again, and the leak was fully under control. Their response was fast, professional, and very helpful, especially with storm-related roofing issues. I would not trust anyone else to work on my roof. They always go above and beyond and make sure everything is secure and protected.

  From the first call for an estimate on my roof replacement to the final walkthrough, every part of the process was professional and handled well. The pricing was fair, the roofing workmanship was solid, and I am very pleased with my new roof. Tracy did a careful job reviewing my roofing needs and answering all of my questions during the quote process. Tracy was also available when the job started and stayed responsive whenever anything needed attention. The roofing crew was skilled, hardworking, and clearly knew their trade. They found that much of the roof decking needed to be replaced and handled it carefully to protect the remaining plywood and keep the project moving the right way. They also worked through a skylight tube installation detail and made sure everything was completed properly. The crew stayed organized, had the needed materials on site, and followed the roof specs closely. The project took several days, and while there was some normal disruption during the work, the team did a great job keeping the area as safe and tidy as possible. The final cleanup was excellent, and the finished roof, chimney sealing, and counter flashing all look great.
