I'm sure I have the right company. Sonny was very rude to deal with.

I am posting this on behalf of my mother, Edith Panopio, who lives in Glenview. She wanted to make sure she left a rave review for Steve and American Elite... Steve Timov provided a free inspection of my roof as I reported leaking in one of my bedrooms. Steve quickly identified a loose shingle. He secured it back in place and explained that this could very well be the source of the issue - and he didn't charge me for the repair. He was great to work with: clear, honest, and thorough. Steve walked me through other possible causes, but based on what he saw, the loose shingle may have been the only problem. He told me to keep an eye on it and to call him if anything comes up. Thank you, Steve. Would gladly contact American Elite and recommend to others for roofing needs.

They sent us a letter in the mail for redoing our roof. We were skeptical at first, but went along with it. They have done many of the roofs in our area. Steve looked at our insurance and made all the calls and made all of the arrangements. …

I interviewed four separate companies. Three of the were only able to get a minimal from the insurance companies that would have left me with a very significant remainder to pay. I also did a lot of research of companies. Some had minimal communication which was not true of elite I am so deeply visual and analytical and sometimes wish I was wasn't that way but I have always been that way. While the job was taking place I observed closely thinking I would find something wrong but could not. The price, the quality of the work and the Superior quality of the shingles they supplied compared to others was amazing. I could not be happier with the job they did. They also did an amazing job of cleaning up. I am not one of the phony reviews that companies often provide. You will be very satisfied if you use them.

I would personally give them 10 stars. They did a fantastic job on all fronts: quality, efficiency, organization, and were very clean. Sonny is a phenomenal guy who was able to handle absolutely everything I needed, I can’t thank him enough. In my opinion, American Elite is the best roofing company in our region and I would highly recommend them.

Cannot recommend them enough to friends, neighbors and family! I worked directly with Sonny who was able to handle everything, from start to finish, including coordination with our insurance company and he made the process as easy as possible. We interviewed about five different companies before we chose Elite…and are very happy with our decision. Transparency, honesty and a job very well done. We love the style and it’s given our home a refreshed look.
