Update: They came and fixed the roof leaks 🙌 which was a relief and had mentioned having some staffing issues, the guy came up from Ontario to do the repairs. The service tech informed us the roof was missing a seal at the ridges from improper installation. We are still left with damage to the finished ceilings and insulation from the water damage caused by poor workmanship. This has not been a good experience for us and hope they improve their service in the future We had our roof replaced by these guys about 4 months ago and it has started leaking and now showing on the ceiling drywall. We reached out via phone and email to Chris over two weeks ago and can’t get a response let alone in contact with someone to come and fix their work. At this point I don’t believe the warranty is worth the paper it’s printed on. We are now having to find someone else that can come and fix their poor workmanship. Buyer beware that if you have an issue they are impossible to get a hold of. I’ll update this if they decide to fix their workmanship. Donald Avery & Dean MacArthur

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY...My mom had a lifetime roof installed by Maritime Permanent Roofing and the roof has leaked twice and repaired twice. Unfortunately the leaks caused structural damage and as a result a mold issue. She has called the company several times to repair the damage from the leaks but has received nothing but false promises to fix it...she has called the head office which has also not been of any help. She is a senior and now has mold growing in her attic, master bedroom and her house has a musty smell. Please DO NOT hire this company to install your roof. They should be ashamed to make a senior live in a home full of mold caused by their poor work quality.

Hi Pam, we at Maritime Permanent Roofing take our customers health and wellness very seriously. We did visit the site upon receiving the initial and also follow up calls from the customer regarding a leak and possible mold growth. Upon completing a full inspection, we did find a very minor infiltration of water. The attic, roof and all accessible surrounding areas were inspected, and no mold growth was found to be occurring on both site visits. We have now made contact with the customer again and have scheduled a 3rd site visit. Paul Paquet is a five-star guy! We have a 1925 house with a 1999 addition, and the attic has winter humidity ventilation challenges. Paul walked me through his diagnosis, and his resolution gives me confidence that winter woes are behind us. I'm very pleased.

Today is July 2nd, 2026 one of the hottest days so far on PEI, like 33 degrees right now. An extremely hot (and really dangerous) time to be on a steel roof. We had a leak from Our Fin-All Roof that was installed in 1996. Paul had no problem getting up there, in that heat, finding the leaking area and doing the repairs. He explained the issue to us clearly and was very friendly and helpful. Great work Paul, so happy you were able to fix our roof issue. Wayne & Mary

Needed the 2005 roof to be looked at. Noticed a leak in the garage. Paul came right out, assessed the situation, made a repair. I tested it out a couple of days later. Perfection! 25 years of warranty to go. So far so good. Thank you!
