I called on Thursday for a quote, Mark the owner said he’d be there Friday morning. No show not even a phone call saying he couldn’t come. That tells me he’s not responsible and inconsiderate I wouldn’t hire him now anyway.

Mike G. Thank you for feedback. We sincerely apologize for missing your appointment and for failing to call you beforehand. Mark is a reservist in the military. He had an obligation to be with his unit Friday, Saturday and Sunday, I’m sure that was not his intention to let you down. That was our mistake and we understand your frustration. please contact us at 716-648-0245 so we can make this right.

Called for a quote on roof replacement. No response, if you can't do it say so. It's a shame because I've heard good things. I'm not going to chase their business plenty of professional outfits out there.

Mark and his crew are great! They showed up on time and got the job done removing ice from a second story roof. I'd highly recommend them.

The owner, foremen and crew at Maple Guy are absolutely amazing! I was a roofer for a couple of years, almost 35 years ago, and I had this delusional belief that I could install 60+ square of roofing with my kids. Thankfully, my wife put her foot down. I mention my prior experience to highlight my reluctance to hire a roofing contractor. It was an incredible experience. The work was meticulous, the clean-up unparalleled and the crew professional. Even better was the fact that they beat the next nearest price by almost $10,000.00! THANKS GUYS!
