  I had my roof done 4 years ago. At the time, pricing was competitive and they came and did the job quick and efficiently. However, fast-forward 4 years and we had a leak that we noticed on 12/24. We waited until 12/26 to call the company due to the holiday. After playing phone tag for a few days, we were told yesterday (12/29) they had nobody available for repairs until at least February, possibly March. So, if you spring a leak during the winter, you are SOL trying to get them to come back and fix what is allegedly under warranty. Thankfully- I was able to reach out to Perry's Roofing yesterday after I was blown off by Roofing Plus and they came out today and fix the leak in under 30 minutes. I would never recommend Roofing Plus, however, I would HIGHLY recommend Perry's Roofing (and yes-even though they are located in Westchester, they work in Dutchess County and are super affordable!) Update based on response: when you have a leak that is coming into the kitchen (now known to be due to lack of caulk around the pipe), you unfortunately can't wait "until the boss comes back" and potentially wait to see if someone is available. This needs to be addressed asap as it is the middle of winter, and extensive damage can be done during that time while waiting. I had no other choice but to call another company and pay for something that should be under warranty by your company. If this was a legit business, instead of replying nastily, you should be offering to reimburse me my cost to call another company. Fortunately, Perry's Roofing was amazing.

  You called in at 9:41am on 12/26 n left a message. I called back at 12:13pm that same day (12/26) and got your voice mail. Left a message that I had received your message n to give me a call back. You chose to wait the weekend to call back on Monday 12/29 which i answered the called. Explained that my boss was out of town and we would contact one of our men n get back to you. You chose to call another company that same day n not wait to hear back from me. If i had been available i would have come out immediately. NO ISSUES IN 4 YRS N YOU GET A LEAK AROUND YOUR VENT PIPE. Our apologies for the mishap n wish you good luck n Happy New Year

  Mark and his team did a great job on my roof. Remove old shingles, all new plywood and new shingles. All in one day’s work. House and yard was clean like nothing was done. Thanks to Mark and his team. I would recommend to anyone….

  Roofing Plus was great to work with. They responded quickly with a visit to my home and an estimate but did not exert any pressure to commit to them. They accommodated the homeowner's crazy schedule and communicated throughout the process. Will definitely be using them for future work. Highly recommend!

  We had a fantastic experience working with Mark and his team! I called for an estimate to do a full roof and plywood replacement and they were able to come by the same day for the estimate. Mark was honest, informative, transparent, and incredibly responsive from the very first conversation. I never felt like I was being “sold to”, just supported by genuinely lovely humans who know their craft. A storm was coming in, and they moved quickly to get the roof done beforehand without sacrificing quality. Mark’s crew did excellent work, checked in with me multiple times to make sure we felt good about everything, and immediately addressed any small questions or concerns I had. Their professionalism gave me complete confidence in the finished product, and the pricing was very reasonable. They were originally recommended to me, and after this experience I would refer them to absolutely anyone. Truly fantastic service from start to finish.

  I was referred to roofing plus by a few different people for replacing my garage roof. Their response was prompt, estimate was scheduled, Mark arrived on time ,gave a clear explanation of work to be performed. Kind and patient answering my questions which was an important factor for me. Mark and crew arrived on time, well prepared with all needed materials. They were thorough and efficient. Mark was present to see that things went well. Clean up was quick and thorough. All in all... I am very satisfied. I would gladly recommend Roofing Plus. **** UPDATE..... I just had a roof put on my residence... Would not have hired anyone else. This is my second experience and has been just as good, if not more so. Mark showed up on time for site visit and again was very thorough and very careful explaining what needed to be done. His crew showed up exactly as expected.They worked very well and were courteous and respectful of my property. Clean up was thorough. Loving my new gutters and and i'm enjoying my new roof.

  From the moment my initial phone call to Roofing Plus was promptly answered, by a person, I felt this company was going to give me good service. Lenore was very knowledgeable, answered many of my questions and scheduled Mark, the owner, to come out for an estimate. He was on time, professional and got right to work, walking the house, measuring and giving me the details, along with a best and worst case cost scenario. He took the time to explain every detail of the process, what to expect of his crew, his timeframe, and vowed that other than a beautiful new roof, I would never know they’d been here. Mark has decades of roofing experience and it shows. I was so impressed that the next day, I cancelled my other estimate appointments and called Lenore, who does a great job with all the scheduling and keeps you updated, to tell her I wanted her organization to do my roof. I signed the contract with Roofing Plus on a Wednesday and was scheduled for that Saturday!!!! The supplies were delivered on Friday and Mark was right here to meet them. The amazing crew began the job by 7:30 a.m. and each member knew exactly what he was supposed to do. There was no shouting at each other with instructions and to no surprise, there was Mark, right on top of things. He remained throughout the process, not hesitating to join right in, raking or moving things. By 4:30 p.m., other than a beautiful new roof, you’d never know they had been here, just as promised. My son referred me to Roofing Plus, after his incredible experience last year. I love my new roof and highly recommend the Roofing Plus team to anyone reading this review. They are a real pleasure to work with and you won’t be sorry!
