Very happy with the pole barn kit and Lester was extremely helpful through the whole process! However we hit a snag when I verbally informed him that I was switching one of my overhead doors to 10x10 instead of 10x8. So he must have forgot what I had verbally told him and ordered the 10x8 instead and then refused to keep the 10x8 and made me purchase that as well as the new 10x10. So this cost me about an extra $2,000 and I have a useless garage door sitting in my barn 10x8. You would think a seller and installer of barns would have a use for another complete door instead of forcing a customer to purchase it! Just bad business and customer service . so for this reason I give them one star and I would not recommend using them. I will also be posting this all over social media.

Very disappointed in this company... Received a quote for a pole barn about a month ago Took me a few weeks to get my affairs in order. I called them last week to tell them I was ready to move forward and things were going good until ...the day before they were going to start delivering the building they noticed they didn't charge me for the trusses and 2x4x16s. I was so completely blindsided. I don't understand how you quote a building a month ago, quote out steel and fascia boards for a roof but not notice there's no trusses. I contacted the owner of the company and he was very apologetic but wasn't willing to help me out in any way. His solution was I either come up with the money to cover the difference or don't get garage doors to pay for their mistakes. I would have liked to work something out and get the building from them but unfortunately they would do nothing to work with me. I know this isn't how this company works that's why I was so blindsided. I guess if you order a building double check that all of your key components are included.

We are sorry for the disappointment. It was human error on our end. That said, we did communicate as soon as we caught the mistake, so the building could be cancelled or placed on hold if necessary. Again we are sorry for the mistake. Lester

Delivering a full trailer load here. Don't even come to this place before 10 am. They are not even going to touch your load. Waiting since 6am. 3 hours no one even care.

Sorry about the wait. Most of our customers want their deliveries first thing in the morning. They are our #1 priority. We cannot always unload semi’s right away when our load staging area is already full.

They have everything you need for doing roofing as well as lumber, ceiling joists, plywood, insulation and they do installation. The prices are the best around and their metal is superior to any big box store!
