3 tire repairs 1 camper roof repair. 3 years of roofing nails falling off after they finished. I asked the owner to please have someone come to fix issues.

When the bid came in, I was told they would need 30 bundles of shingles. At the time of pick-up, I was told only 32 of the color I choose were available, so they grabbed them; all just to be sure. At the end of the job, there were 9 left over, but I was not to get a refund for the seven not used on my bid. At the end of the job, trying to get everything as it was prior to the job, the difficulty in communication kept this from happening without a struggle. My spark arrester for my chimney was left askew and I gave them a couple weeks to straighten this out, I even called them a second time, but they never did. I found numerous nails in my yard and my wife ruined two tires on her car because of these nails.

This contractor should not be in business. His installers are inexperienced and he undercuts honest experienced roofers in the area. I just fixed one of his re-roofs. They shingled over rotted wood that had to be torn out, trusses fixed, re-sheeted and re-shingled. About 100 square feet of roof area was rotted underneath because of persistent leaking. Should have been fixed before a reroof! DO NOT HIRE THIS RIP OFF ARTIST!!!

Have been told several times they will be here on a date and for 4 times/ weeks in a row, all I get is excuses. Missed my closing date, didn’t call once to let me know they’re not going to be there. Wouldn’t recommend.

I am beyond impressed with M&M Contracting! Brett and his crew were fantastic to work with from start to finish. The quote process was quick and fair, and Brett was communicative every step of the way, which made the whole experience stress-free. They were able to get us scheduled quickly, and the entire job was completed in just one day with only minor cleanup needed the next day. Even when an unforeseen issue came up, Brett handled it professionally and offered a fair solution without hesitation. It’s hard to find contractors who are both skilled and genuinely easy to work with, but M&M absolutely delivered on both. I would highly recommend M&M Contracting to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service.

After my mom passed I contacted M&M for a bid to do the roof on her house in Twin Falls. The bid was very reasonable even considering travel time for his crew. They started work the same week as the bid and had it done in 1 day. The cleanup …

Bret came over and gave us a bid that completely fell into our budget. He’s honest, fair, and he and his people are completely trustworthy. They got to us quickly and were very efficient in getting the job finished. The quality is incredible and Bret and the people working for him are extremely good at what they do and everyone is friendly and good to work with. Bret has the ability to do many things. We need a tree cut down and he quoted it on the spot saying with a smile “I love to cut down trees so I will do that job myself” . Just a very nice guy with a great personality and sense of humor . We would not hesitate to hire him again for anything we need done.
