  I fired this company shortly after they started. Their employees are disrespectful, stole a ladder of mine, and do shoddy work, and way over priced. Inspector is making me tear out everything they did and do it up to code. What a waste of time and money.

  All these great reviews. Almost hate to complain. I guess if your roof is easy they can handle it. Anything complicated and you get the mess I'm left with. Gaps in the drip edge. Jagged ugly gutters. Perfect places for starlings to build nests. Wish I'd done it myself.

  Hi Chris, and Summer, I’m truly sorry to see this review and to know you’ve been left feeling frustrated. That’s never the kind of experience we want for anyone we work with. From our side, we believed we had left on good terms. After Alex’s March 31 message about siding options, you responded with a simple “thank you,” and when we saw you at the Spring Fair, you gave us a hug, you asked about Alex's dog, were kind and even asked for a quote to do your siding. Based on that, it seemed like things had gone well. A few days later, Alex followed up again, and the message we received from you took us by surprise. We immediately offered to fix the bird entry point (caused by the thinner new shingles compared to the original shake roof), address the drip edge gaps, and evaluate the shingles and gutters, all at no cost. These are items we stand behind and would be happy to correct given the opportunity. When you let us know you didn’t want us to come back and were having someone else handle it this again surprised us. But the truth is, we are ready and willing to make everything right. We take a lot of pride in our work, and we take it personally when someone feels let down. If at any point you change your mind, our offer still stands — and we’ll come back to make sure everything looks and functions how it should. If you'd prefer to handle this through a neutral third party, we’re also happy to work with the Better Business Bureau. Their mediation process allows for respectful, solution-focused dialogue and a fair review of the facts.   CCX Roofing claimed to have installed a “new roof” on my client’s home five years ago. The invoice clearly stated “re-roof,” and over $5,000 was paid. Now the roof is leaking, and when contacted, the company refused to inspect the issue, claiming it wasn’t a new roof but some kind of temporary sealant — something they admit they don’t guarantee to last. They showed zero interest in resolving the problem and refused to acknowledge the discrepancy between the invoice and the actual work done. Now my client has to pay for a completely new roof. Who charges thousands of dollars for a product that might fail within a year and then walks away from it? Completely unacceptable business practices. We have reached out several time to try to get this resolved and the company make it right. They instead gave us a bid to replace the roof at an amount 3 times that of reputable roofing contractors.

  Garbage! I don’t know how they stay in business. CCXs insurance company offered settlement for damage they caused to my house. Their Bond company offered settlement because they would not repair multiple code violations on the roof. CCX offered settlement in lawsuit mediation because of unfinished and shoddy siding install. I called, texted and emailed numerous times to find a solution and was simply ignored. Please see photo for their quality of workmanship.

  Needed a new roof and was getting help from NeighborWorks...and actually fought for CCX to be the winning bid. When they finally got me on the schedule, they were less than careful with the nails throughout the yard, alley, and pathways. I left the house to go to an appointment, and stepped on a nail. I'm allergic to tetanus, so had to watch the wound very carefully. When I tried to talk to the guys, they did the 'no English' excuse so they didn't have to talk to anyone. They supposedly got the roof done, NeighborWorks came to inspect, only to report that CCX had used the wrong materials on part of the roof. It was in the bid for a different type of roofing on parts of my roof that aren't steep enough for drainage. The person who did my bid (Adam), is the one who 'inspected' what the guys had done...and he didn't catch the error. A 'soft' spot on the roof hadn't been fixed so there was a visible dip in the roof. When I pointed that out to CCX, they were very defensive and said that the wood was fine and that if it was to be replaced, that NeighborWorks would be paying out of their pocket...even though it had been worked into the bid. I waited weeks for them to schedule to fix the roof, they just showed up and said 'we'd feel better if we added this to your roof' (referring to the roofing for the shallow pitch). No admitting that they messed up. They worked on it, well into the dark evening, they had said they wouldn't be back, it would be fixed that day. They left, it wasn't done, and no word on when they'd be back. They showed the next day, and finished that part up. Asked about the dip/soft spot, they told me the 'crew' would be out to fix it, but they didn't know when. Another week, the crew showed up. This was a crew of 3 guys...two worked on the house and the third...well, he was laying down on my roof, doing nothing (and yes I took a picture). When they left, they did not take the garbage or any of the materials. I texted Cody (owner), asking if

  Everything from Adam, the project manager to the crew who put the roof together was top notch. They got the job done in 8 hours and were extremely efficient. The price was below my budget even using top of the line materials. I would definitely recommend using CCX Roofing to anyone.

  Jared and his crew at CCX went above and beyond. A family member had a serious water leak issue that was challenging to fix. He didn't stop until the issue was resolved. He and his staff were very friendly and professional, showed up when they said they would, always returned our calls in a timely manner and he got the job done! I highly recommend him.

  Josh did an excellent job getting everything organized. The crew did a great job and it looks fantastic. I’ve had a lot of comments from our neighbors. They’ve had to come back a couple of times to fix the siding because it was falling down. Other than that, they donegreat job.
