BEWARE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. August 2018 this roofer was working on my neighbors home replacing their roof. We decided to have our roof done as well. BIG MISTAKE !! The work looks very unprofessional, and is falling apart after 3 weeks. The owner refuses to honor the warranty , has made numerous appts and he fails to show up, he then stops taking calls. He has a lot of bad reviews and complaints with BBB.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 12 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 11, of which 8 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Luviano Roofing and Remodeling. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
