  I recently had my roofing system completed by Loyola Roofing, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, efficient, and stress-free. My sales representative, Justin Rich, was knowledgeable, honest, and kept me informed every step of the way. The crew did outstanding work, paid attention to detail, and left the property clean when the job was finished. What impressed me most was that the project was completed ahead of schedule and came in under budget without sacrificing quality. The finished roof looks fantastic, and it’s clear that Loyola Roofing takes pride in their craftsmanship. I highly recommend Loyola Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company that delivers excellent results and exceptional customer service

  Phil and Joe are some of the best contractors I've worked with. When my family was house-hunting, we hired them to inspect the roof of a house we had put an offer on. Phil told us exactly what we needed to hear, without being alarmist or sugar-coating the situation. We ended up not buying that house, and I believe we are much better off for it! When we did buy a house, we didn't hesitate to call Joe again to schedule a full roof tear-off and replace. The job went from a 3 day standard gig to a week long slog (due to events outside their control), but Phil and his crew remained professional and worked incredibly hard to get it done. Also, I'm a woman managing most of our housing repairs, so I meet with a lot of contractors, and Phil and Joe never talked over me, asked for my husband's opinion, or made me feel anything less than equal. These guys are great, and I look forward to working with them again!

  Phil and his crew repaired our roof from some pretty bad seam splits 7 days before the sale on our house. We had hired another guy two weeks prior who used corrosive material on the flat roof membrane causing horrific leaks in the house. Phil was thorough in explaining the issues and what needed to be done. He worked within budget to address the main issues causing the leaks and worked fast within our urgent timeframe, repairing the same day! They did such a great job that we even had a major hail storm two hours after they finished and the place was dry as a bone. I hope we never have a roof repair to do in the future but if we did, Loyola would be the company we hire. They literally saved our home sale and thousands of dollars for us
