  These clowns put a high-tack sticker ad on my door which left sticky glue residue everywhere. There’s a special place in hell for companies that use high-tack stickers on anything that is intended to be temporary. Shame on you, you’ll never see a dime of my money even if you were the last roofing company on the planet.

  This business I have never used left a sticker on my door. I have to go get Goo Gone and scrape it off....I called to complain and got an AI robot to express it's condolences.

  Poor initial inspection with no follow-up. We had our roof replaced in June of ‘21. The rep, Paul, who is no longer with the company, did not inspect the attic, or even mention ANYTHING about ventilation …

First, we want to clarify that the salesperson you referenced, Paul, is no longer with ASI Construction, and has not been with our company for several years. While team members may change over time, we still take responsibility for addressing customer concerns and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Our records show that a member of our team did come out to review the situation with you, and based on that visit there were no visible installation issues identified with the roofing system that was installed at the time. That said, attic ventilation, insulation conditions, and pre-existing sheathing conditions can vary significantly from home to home, and mold growth can be caused by several factors including ventilation and moisture conditions within the attic space. Regardless, we never want any customer to feel that their concerns are being ignored. If there has been any breakdown in communication, we sincerely apologize. We would welcome the opportunity to revisit the situation with you, review everything again, and discuss the findings together so we can better understand your concerns.   They did a great job with our roof and sidining in August 2025 .But unfortunately the siding crew cut our cantilever that support the back of the house. I notice that our floor was slanted to the back of the house got in contact with them at first it seem like they were going to fix the issue that the crew caused. But unfortunately thats not the case we have try to get a finale answer from them. But yet to hear back from them . They well know the danger that their workers created by cutting the cantilevers to the house.

  STORM CHASERS! COST US OUR INSURANCE COVERAGE! We had a very negative experience with ASI. We reached out for a quote for minor siding and trim repairs willing to pay out of pocket. They brought a team out and convinced us to submit a claim to insurance for full siding AND roof replacement, assuring us that it was a sure thing, and there could be no negative outcomes. After several weeks of back-and-forth and follow up appointments with insurance, not only did they decline any coverage, they also told us we had to replace the roof out of pocket or they would drop us. To be clear, we never even wanted a new roof, but filed this claim on ASI's counsel the day arrived for our free quote. After telling ASI what happened with our insurance, they gave us a quote for a "discounted rate" to replace the roof. This came in higher than several other roofing companies. Other companies have since told us that this group should have never pushed us in that direction, and our roof is not in need of immediate replacement. Unfortunately, we now have to replace or get dropped from insurance. Incredibly frustrated and disappointed with the way we were manipulated and the huge expense we now have as a result of listening to their advice.

Ultimately, all coverage decisions are made solely by the insurance carrier, not ASI Construction. We never guarantee claim approvals, and we do not have the authority to force coverage outcomes or insurer requirements. Insurance carriers may independently determine that a roof no longer meets underwriting guidelines even without approving a claim which is a decision outside of our control and not information provided to us at the time of inspection. Regarding pricing, our estimates reflect full-system replacements that meet current codes, manufacturer requirements, and warranty standards. While lower estimates may exist, they may not always include the same scope, materials, or long-term protections. That said, we regret that this experience left you feeling misled—that is never our intention. We value accountability and would welcome the opportunity to review your situation further and address your concerns directly.   Update: company is working with me again. After the storms last August ASI came and helped me make a claim for my roof and siding repairs. They completed the roof beautifully but because there were extra steps to get my siding replaced they delayed until after the first of the year. I have paid for the roof in full and selected the siding and provided over $10000 to order and schedule the siding replacement. That was in February. We are now halfway through June and I cannot get a call back to schedule or cancel and get a refund. I have been through 4 different reps, sent emails, called the office and contacted via AI chat on their website to no avail. At this point if no resolution within 10 days I will have no alternative but to hire a lawyer to recoup my money. This company scammed me out of more than $10000

  I highly recommend ASI construction when it comes to your roofing needs or if your gutters need replacing. I live in florida And my rental property in Illinois had major roof and gutter damage from a hail storm. ASI construction handle everything from dealing with my insurance company and completing all work without my presence. SEAN was mine point of contact or project manager with ASI and he kept me updated on all procedures of the process. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Use ASI construction for all your roofing needs. I did and it was a blessing.
