I’m selling my house and the new owner contacted this company to do repairs on termite damage wood. First of all they never answered any of my phone call because they were never at my home when they said they would be. Finally the repair person showed up 3 days later. I asked him how long it would take for the repairs. He told me 3 hours. At the 3 hour point i inquired how much longer it would take. He replied “ do want the job done or not “. I walked in the house frustrated and can back 1 hour later and he was gone. Half the job was completed. I later found out that he was offended that I inquired about the finish time. I would not hire this contractor to work on a dog house.

Edit: our roof still leaks in the same spot, and we wwre told he'd come out and look at it but he never showed. After several times being ghosted we gave up. We tried multiple companies in sierra vista trying to get a leak fixed, and after thousands of dollars in repairs the roof was still leaking. Our relator suggested "Look Us roofing" and we figured we'd give them a try. The gentleman that worked at our house was very nice with our pesky kids and dogs, the cost was the most affordable out of the different companies we've hired.

Took forever to finish our roof, more than six months. Would randomly show up, do an hour of work and then we wouldn't see them again for another week or two. Cut electrical and cable wires without talking to me or my wife about it and tried to cover it up.
