  So again, since yall keep deleting my rating I will once again comment. The guy with the white truck and pink license plate (cute btw) made threats to my significant other at their place of residence. This man’s absolutely despicable and couldn’t handle an apartment situation like a grown man. If his business is anything like his ability to respectfully talk to women then I feel sorry for all past present and future customers. Keep deleting this and I will keep reposting it.

We understand how frustrating it can be when things don't go as planned, and we are still committed to resolving any issues you encounter. After a recent roof installation, it became apparent that a repair was necessary due to a faulty vent and pipe boot installation. The issue led to problems that required immediate attention to prevent further damage. To address this, we resolved the issues which prevented any further leaks or structural damage. (This includes reconnecting improperly secured pipe fittings left by the original builder. Pictured in above attached photos.) Prompt action was taken to resolve the issue efficiently and restore the roof to optimal condition. The issue at hand is the interior damage that occurred as a result of the roof leak. Our company warranty under contract serves as a formal assurance that a product or service will meet specific performance standards or quality criteria for a defined period. This contractual guarantee outlines our company's commitment to repair, replace, or otherwise address issues that arise due to defects or failures covered under the warranty terms. In Texas, contractor warranties are governed by a combination of state laws and contractual agreements, which dictate the obligations and responsibilities of contractors regarding repairs and fixes for issues that arise. When a homeowner goes against a signed contract for warranty work by hiring their own contractor for repairs, it can lead to several complications. Contractual agreements typically specify that only approved or designated contractors can handle repairs to ensure that work meets specific standards and that warranties remain valid.   Lonestar replaced my roof damaged by hail a few weeks ago. They did an outstanding job getting the job done in ONE DAY! They arrived and began tear off very early in the morning and continued working until dark. Their supervisor, Jimmy Shrull, kept me updated every step of the way. It is rare, in this day and time, that I can say, without reservation, that I am entirely satisfied with the performance and quality of work from a company, but that is exactly what I now report! Five stars and a full recommendation to anyone needing a good, reputable roofing contractor. Thank you Lonestar and thank you, Jimmy Shrull!

  I worked with Jimmy to get my roof done after a hail storm. They did a great job, and Jimmy was very patient and helpful throughout the entire process. We had an independent inspection done afterwards and the inspector gave Lonestar Roofing kudos!

  Hands down, one of the best contractors I have worked with EVER! Super friendly, VERY informative, easy to work with and professional! I needed help correcting an issue I had with my house over heating in the Texas sun since the builder of my house cut corners and didn't build adequate ventilation into the attic. Chris and his team fixed the issue for me, something I have been fighting with the builder and home warranty folks for 2 YEARS! I had gotten 5 different quotes on what I wanted done to my house and Chris and his staff were the ONLY ones that didn't try to tell me I needed more work done than I wanted. Didn't try to tell me they would contact my insurance for me to try to get me a whole new roof and didn't sound like they were trying to scam me. The entire staff was very skilled at what they do, did a great job of explaining to me what they were doing and brought any issues they had to my attention right away. On top of all of that, they are a family run business and I am always trying to support businesses like this! If you need work done on your roof, whether reroofing, ventilation, repairs etc, I HIGHLY recommend these folks!
