However, approval and payment decisions are made solely by the insurance company and are unfortunately outside of our control sometimes.   Tried to contact them for repairs and their receptionist was so rude. "We're so booked up. We don't want your business." Okay, when y'all aren't busy...don't expect Lawton to support you.

  Initially, I was impressed with Dale Jr. He coordinated all the work and subcontractors for repair after the 2023 storm damage. However, after the repairs I noticed several quality defects even though Dale stated he did a walk-a-round and all was good. After the roofers finished I stepped on a nail requiring a tetanus shot along with me using a magnetic rake picking up over 50 nails in my yard. Roofing did not close the flashing above my water heater that would allow rain to flow through my roof. Vinyl siding was patched with left over pieces instead of full panels. Have called Dale Jr a couple times for a few moments of his time to look at my concerns; however, no visit in over a month. Guess since he received my $19,000 he has no concern. Based on this, I would not recommend Lockwood to anyone and if I see their sign in front of anyone's house I know how to ring a doorbell. What I want is a visit from Dale Jr to see my concerns of quality of work and ask him if that was done to his own home...would he be satisfied for the money he spent on repairs. I doubt that I will get a response to this comment or even a phone call from Dale since this is not a "happy to be glad" Positive post.

  I had a very unprofessional encounter with them. No show and secretary was yelling told me I should've called the no show guy. Very unprofessional! Makes you wonder how the work is done.

  A man came out to look at the roof. I have a sunroom that is leaking. He Proceeded to tell me how bad my whole roof was, said he would back after He talked to his boss. .. never saw him again....no call, nothing. I certainly won't call them again.

  An honorable company. Two years after my roof was installed this company ignored their 1-year warranty policy and ccorrected a significate issue

  Hello my name is Nicole Livingston. We have needed a new roof for about 15 years. It was metal and I had patched it everyway possible. During this past spring we got so much water so fast it dropped the ceilings out of two different rooms. It looked like a waterfall inside the house. I got about 10 different quotes from roofing companies. We landed on Lockwood and Son's Roofing. They explained everything we would need, I chose a new kind of shingle that took a little longer to get here from another state but as soon as they came in they set it up for the first, second and possibly third. They knew we really wanted it done before the 4th of July and that I was having serious anxiety about the rain. They chose to bring two crews to get it done quick. They came on the first at 6 am, they finished a 4,000 square foot roof in just under 12 hours, by 6 pm. That is removing metal roofing, all the flashing and cap pieces, putting down all new osb boards, tar paper, drip guards, shingles and all of the vents. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs. This morning of the second it poured and poured rain all morning, no leaks, anxiety gone. Thank you to Tyler Lockwood and crew! 5 out of 5 stars.
