We worked with German Cruz at Lizmar and he and his office and construction teams were fantastic. We received a quote detailing the work to be done and potential issues the might come up. He kept us well informed of the schedule and of any issues that required our input. The craftsmanship was very much appreciated and they actually did more prep work for the painting portion of the project than we expected. They respected our property, cleaned up at the end of each day, and allowed for some minor scope additions and subtractions without requoting. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

If you are looking for top-notch roofing work, definitely ask for German Cruz. Him and his team—Wester, Frank, and Will—did a great job from start to finish. They were professional, efficient, and left our property spotless!

I hired Lizmar Construction to build a ceiling in my cottage, install a bathroom door, and paint the outside of the house and the deck. They were there every morning on time and Worked all day. The job was perfect! Every day they cleaned up their mess and left everything neat. They were friendly professional, and I would definitely recommend them.

We ran into a very tough situation as new homeowners. With the Arctic blast we experienced in New England this year we were aware of an ice dam that grew in the gutter on the backside of the house that gets very little direct sun. My wife …

The workers did a wonderful job fixing all the issues from the recent ice dam I experienced. I would not wish that on anyone but thank goodness for Lizmar Construction! They seamlessly fixed all the problems and concerns for me in record time!

Discovered ice dams starting to penetrate my home. Found Lizmar online, they responded promptly and were able to fit me in on an emergency basis. They arrived punctually with a full crew, shoveled my roof, applied roof pucks in the proper places to dissolve the ice accumulation and their pricing was exactly as quoted.

We have used LizMar Construction for projects on our home (both exterior and interior) for several years, and have recommended their services to neighbors, friends and family alike.Their professionalism is unsurpassed. To elaborate; their communication, from start to finish, is key. LizMar's office staff are friendly, and knowledgeable; able to understand one's needs so that they can direct Lizmar's vast expertise accordingly. Their quotes are quick, concise, and have always been "on the money" come completion of the work. If unforeseen problems occur, such problems are clearly explained and are addressed accordingly before continuing. We have never had a surprise "added cost" upon completion. Scheduling! LizMar's crew is at your home when they say they will be there and complete their job on schedule. Their crew is always friendly, respectful, and above all, hard working professionals, as can be appreciated in the finished work. They are always meticulous in their clean up after the job is finished. In all, we would never use, nor recommend ,any other company for any of our/one's home repair needs.
