The roofer did some small damage to the corner of the evestrough and it is now leaking. I can't reach the second story and she will not put a bead of caulking in the corner to stop the leak. She wants to charge me when they did the damage. Wow!

the roofing job was good. The clean up and dirt afterwards wasn't. See pictures. I shouldn't have to clean up after a company. Hence the 2 stars. Update Oct 11/2022 6:48 PM and no this photo isn't unfinished /the pile of branchs remain and I am having to pay for someone to come and take it away tomorrow.

  Reply from the business

This is an unfinished photo that will be cleaned up in the end

I paid $3500 cash and they only worked 5 hours. Didn't properly vent the chimney, so now I'm out another $2000 to replace my gas water heater (to an electric heater)... just so I can be safe in my home. I DON'T recommend this Company!!!

Lin Roofing have helped us and our many past clients for decades. They provide efficient professional service courteously. Even some small job fixing small items those most of roofing companies don't do, they would look after clients well. They are reliable, responsible and put the best interests of clients always! Highly recommended! Jie Dan

They are very professional and efficient. Also they charge a reasonable fee. I thought it would take two days, but they only took one. I would recommend them to my friends.

First, I want to say I’m super late on this review. It was probably 2019 when I got my roof done in London. I’m a Toronto native, and I definitely shop for quality and price. I’ve seen my fair share of so called business people trying to pass poor quality work as good stuff, and as well as extreme pricing where they think we are back in the 1980s. Sorry we aren’t in the 1980s, we have the internet today. Maggie was the one that gave me a quote after selecting everything I wanted. It was way better than some of the quotes I got. After moving from Toronto to London, I realized it’s less competitive in London so the prices are generally higher, quality is mediocre (check out the restaurants lol). However, Lin Roofing quote is very Toronto in my opinion. You get the quality and prices from Toronto (generally higher quality and lower price). My neighbor also got his roof done the same year. Almost exact setup from his buddy’s roofing company and they paid more than me. And that’s a “buddy’s discount” lol. I’ve always felt London prices were higher so when I got the quote from Maggie I jumped on it. I do have to say I am a crazy extensive researcher and bargain hunter. I got quotes from at least 10 companies including my neighbors buddy (which cost more and included less, no underlayment). So usually when I jump on something it’s a good deal for both quality and price. Needless to say I think they are the Best in London. About the roof so far, me and the other neighbors that had our roofs done in 2019 think it’s fine. There has been no problems with the shingles vs that one neighbor that got his roof done by his buddy. His buddy didn’t do it until like Winter, and the shingles are definitely wavy or curly and not flat. I think it froze after they were done and kept that form. I dare not say anything. Anyways, if you are planning to get your roof done. You should do it ASAP. Inflation is going to continue which means Raw Materials is going to skyrocket at the same
