  Waited 5 months to get my roof done, received 1 call confirming it will be done before October. It’s November I’ve scrambled and am having someone else do my flat roof. Nice guy, nice videos ….. but left me hanging.

  Very unprofessional to deal with. He promised a date and time to come visit and check the roof but didnt show up. He only wants big jobs and shows a lot about his character for not showing up. Your typical unreliable contractor.

  We sincerely apologize for rescheduling and then needing to reschedule again. Its not that we don't value your time, the summer has been overwhelming with requests for quotes and projects. We understand your time is very important, its not our intention to waste your time. If you're willing to give us an opportunity to provide a quote we would like to make it right! If you look at the project videos on our website you will find we don't go after "big" clients. We care very much about all our projects regardless of the scope.   I contacted Esmat to repair a flat portion of the roof on an older home that no one else wanted to tackle. He got back to me right away with a price, and a time frame for completion. The crew came on the expected day, price was exactly as quoted. Job was done perfectly, no mess left behind. Would definitely recommend

  Great working with Esmat - decided to move forward with Legacy after seeing the quality of work watching their YouTube videos. Never tried to upsell me on things that didn’t need to be done and treated the project as if it was his own roof.
