Seemed like a nice guy. Came and looked at the roof. Said he would give me three different quotes but give him a couple of days. Have not heard from him again

Hi Mike, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Your feedback is important, and we rely on hearing from our customers to ensure we’re doing a great job. As you shared in your review, this was not the case for you, and for this, we do apologize. We understand you’re feeling frustrated that you did not receive your quote package within a couple of days of your roof inspection. This was due to our roofing professionals needing to attend to some emergency leak calls. We strive to give all our customers great service, but in a field like this, we need to prioritize customers in need of urgent assistance 1st. Since you have left this review, we have sent out your quote package and await your decision.

I had our home roofed using Alverez Roofing. The job went well (I thought) until a few months later. We had a small storm pop up one day and some of the shingles blew off. I called them to come and look at the roof, the guy told me that whoever installed this roof didn't use enough nails. ( first appeared he was giving me a quote. ) I explained to him that his company installed this roof. He replied "are you sure?" I went in the house and got my receipt . It was fixed the next day with speed. Won't use them again, actually having another roof installed on another house this week.

By far the worst company I have ever talked to, the individuals who work for this company think they are the BIG boys of the roofing industry. I asked for a quote and it almost felt like I was bothering them to come out. When the guy got to my home he stepped out his white truck looked at my house and barely saw the roof. He was unprofessional did not introduce himself. Until this day I do not know who came to my home, He said they are contractors and they themselves do not do the roof work. So how can you run a business when you yourself don't know the job!! I asked around and people told me of their bad customer service and quality of their work. Overall if your going to call this company you may as-well get your own shingles and start doing your own roof because you will get the job done faster and better. Overall rating if there was an option -10. Customer service -10, Sales pitch -10 the guy drove away after he gave me the quote!

We are sorry that you had such a bad experience with whomever you spoke to. However, we can assure you that we have not had a customer or roof estimate request from a person by your name. We personally train our roofers and workers and hold a high standard with our customers, that being previous, current and strive to do the same with our future customers. We feel the need to tell you that we did have an issue around the time of your review of someone using our business name with a different phone number. Again, we are sorry for your terrible experience with who ever showed up. That was definitely not us. Best regards from Alvarez Roofing Solutions.

I cannot say enough good things about Alvarez Roofing Solutions! The whole installation process was explained in detail, outlining the importance of quality products AND quality installation. Unfortunately, I had purchased a home with a roof that was new but installed by amateurs and found out the hard way when I had water coming into a bedroom on the upper floor. Alvarez Roofing Solutions expedited the process! My high quality roof was installed by meticulous professionals which bought me peace of mind. There have been several rain storms since the installation and NO water has come in! Highly responsive, highly professional and a transferable warranty put this company on top of their game. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone I know!

Recently moved to London so did not know any of the roofers in town. Alvarez roofing was rated as perhaps the best roofer in town when I checked online and Freddy made a great impression as a hard working and sincere person so chose him to reshingle my roof. They got the work done quickly, did a great job, and left the site extremely clean. I can highly recommend them.

Freddy and the crew from Alvarez Roofing Solutions Inc. just completed our roof and my wife and I couldn't be happier. From beginning to end Freddy talked us through the process, laid out what was going to happen, and kept his word every step of the way. The roofing crew was led by Christian, and there is a reason his name pops up in some of the other reviews, he was very friendly and readily answered any questions I asked him. The effiency with how the crew worked was amazing. I would readily recommend Alvarez Roofing Solutions Inc.

Freddy and Christin did an excellent job advising us on the roofing materials for us and then installing the product. The prices were also very competitive. In spite of the poor weather and holidays they got it done quickly and cleaned up all of the leftover materials. We were very happy with the service Alverez roofing provided and would recommend them to anyone.
