  I'm honestly baffled by all these 5 star reviews. I've been in contact with Peter and tried multiple times to schedule an appointment with him to come look at our roof and I've been met with complete unprofessionalism. First appointment he cancelled at the very last minute. Then it took several days of back and forth with him to schedule another time. Finally got a second appointment set up, this time with another person (Dan), only for him to be a no show. Complete radio silence on their end. I don't normally write bad reviews - I get that they are busy, and I've been really patient - but this is completely unacceptable for them to waste my time like this.

  Dealt with Paul. Had some questions about my roof. He is a true professional and extremely knowledgable. He guided me to the right solutions and no unneeded upsells. I highly recommend lifetime roofing.

  Dan got back to me same-day when I reached out needing help with our roof and was easy-to-schedule for a walkthrough and estimate. Mike and Sergio were efficient and professional, and they kept me in the loop through the replacement process on the day that the work was done. The entire company has been a pleasure to interact with and ready to answer any questions that have popped up throughout the whole process. Would absolutely recommend Lifetime Roofing and would use them again if the need occurs!

  I had water in my garage from a hidden leak upstairs. I called Jeff at the end of business, and he came out the next morning. He was very helpful, knowledgable, and professional. I will definitely call him when I need help in the future.

  I was extremely happy with My contact Dan Mcgrath who was very professional and courteous. The crew that came out over two days did a great job and cleanup. Top quality materials. Other roofers were considered, but I do not believe I could have done better. I would highly recommend them for all roofing needs.

  Great people, fantastic workmanship. They came fast when I had a tree fall on my house and got the hole patched up before the next rain. They explained the whole process very clearly. I highly recommend!!!

  Lifetime roofing provided great service when I needed a portion of my roof replaced for insurance purposes. They were responsive to all my questions and Dan was a pleasure to work with. He even drove all the way from Sudbury to Dartmouth just to pick swatches that would best match my current roof. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

  I would recommend and will be using them again.They provided a detailed quote and stuck to it. They showed up when they were supposed to and did a good job cleaning up after the completion of the project. They came back immediately when I had a question about an area. They were very customer oriented and I only did a portion of my roof because it was leaking but I will use them again to finish the rest of the house. It's hard to find dependable roofers so that's why I am giving them 5 stars.

  Jeff and his team responded to my home in an emergency situation after a surprise downspout hit our house and punctured a hole in the roof. Not only did the owner of the company come to the house for a quick assessment, and not only did he coordinate his team to provide a temporary fix THAT DAY, but he also went above and beyond as we navigated dealing with our insurance company. I'm so impressed with the speed at which the Lifetime Roofing team were able to work with us, and their professionalism at dealing with our insurance company and at provided detailed written estimates quickly.

  We just had our entire residential roof replaced. The process couldn't have been smoother. The job assessment and quote was prompt and clear. We received good communications about scheduling. Over the several days the job took, the onsite team was meticulous about cleaning the site each afternoon. Lifetime Roofing had been recommended to us by friends who's worked with them, and we'll be recommending them to any others who ask.
