After looking into gutter guards and related roofing work, i decided to schedule an estimate for gutter protection. kyle came out, explained the options clearly, and gave a fair quote for the guards and the nearby roofline areas. As soon as an opening was available, the gutter guards were installed, and the installer was very polite and professional. A few weeks after the installation, i had a small concern about how part of the gutter was sitting along the fascia. randall responded as soon as he could, came back out, and corrected it right away. He also took care of some extra soffit maintenance, which was a big help. The whole experience was smooth, the workmanship was solid, and the crew showed good attention to detail. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing gutter guards, gutter repair, or light roofing-related exterior work.

After storm damage affected our roof and siding, we wanted a local roofing contractor who would do the job the right way. Randall and the crew were honest, professional, and focused on real storm restoration needs instead of pushing unnecessary insurance claims. They helped us through the claim process when it was truly needed, and everything was handled smoothly. The roof replacement with new architectural shingles came out excellent, and the siding installation was done with great care and solid craftsmanship. They paid close attention to the flashing, trim, and every finishing detail, which really showed in the final result. The crew kept the work area clean each day and made the whole roofing and exterior project easy for our family. We are very happy with the quality, communication, and overall service.

My dad had worked with Hansen Family Roofers for roof repairs and full roof replacements for a long time, and he told me they would take good care of us. He was absolutely right. They helped my family with our damaged roof from start to finish and made the whole roofing process easy to understand. The crew was quick to respond, arrived on time, acted professionally, and finished the job in just one day before bad weather moved into Marlborough. The new roof looks clean, solid, and well installed, and it really improved the look of our home. We are very happy with the workmanship, communication, and overall service, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work.

I was renting an apartment and kept reporting a roof leak that was causing water stains and moisture in the attic and main living areas. Since the property owners were slow to act, I reached out to a local roofing company for a repair estimate and a professional opinion on what was causing the problem. They were very professional, explained the roofing issue clearly, and gave helpful information I could share with property management. Even though the roof was not repaired before I moved out, the experience gave me confidence in their roof repair service, and I would gladly call them for any future roofing needs, from leak detection to shingle and flashing repairs.

We hired a roofing and gutter team for our Craftsman bungalow in Marlborough, and the whole experience went very well. I was impressed by how quickly they returned my call and set up a roof inspection within just a few days. Their estimate came in much lower than other roofing contractors we spoke with, even though they were using similar materials and offering the same scope of work. Their own crew handled the roof replacement and a small section of siding repair. They had a solid team on site for two days, which helped the project move along fast and stay organized. Stanley and the crew were easy to work with, listened to our questions, and took care of a few small adjustments we asked for during the job. They also did a very good job preparing and cleaning up the work area, which made the whole roofing process much easier on us. The gutter work was completed promptly as well, and everything was finished efficiently and professionally. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience with quality workmanship, good communication, fair pricing, and a clean finished result. We have had no issues since the work was completed, and the new roof, siding repair, and gutters all look great.

Honestly, I’m extremely happy with Hansen Family Roofers. I had a roof leak that showed up during light rain and water was making its way down to the main level. Stanley came out to inspect the roofing system and noticed a few likely problem areas that were not easy to spot. That was later confirmed by Kyle, who was very skilled and knowledgeable. The needed roof repairs and replacement work were handled quickly and properly. After more rain through the day and heavier rain later, the leak was completely gone. That alone deserves a 5-star rating for fast response, but the experience was even better than that. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I was kept informed about the repair schedule, what work was being done, and what to expect next. It was a real relief to work with a roofing contractor that cared about quality, customer needs, and long-term results instead of just making a sale. The crew was professional, respectful, and clearly experienced with leak detection, shingle repair, and fixing hidden roofing issues. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing dependable roof work.

After noticing some small pieces of roof shingle on my deck, I decided to check my roof with binoculars and saw that a few shingles at the very top were showing signs of wear. My house is getting up there in years, so I wanted to get it checked out. I called a local roofer here in Marlborough after hearing good things from a friend, and I was really pleased with how quickly they responded. They called me back the same day and scheduled an inspection for later that week. Kyle and Dustin came out right on time to take a look. They were both very professional, polite, and clearly knew what they were doing. After checking the roof, they explained I only needed the roof caps replaced, not a full roof job, which I appreciated for their honesty. They got the work done in about two hours, carefully bagging up the old materials so there was no mess left behind. The price for the roof cap replacement was fair compared to what I found in my research. While I’m not an expert in roofing materials, everything looked great and the new caps matched the rest of my roof perfectly. Kyle and Dustin said this repair should add several more years to the life of my roof, which gives me peace of mind with Marlborough’s changing weather. I was happy with their service and would definitely reach out to them again if I ever need more roofing work done.

We had a great experience when we got our roof replaced. It was a full tear-off, and the crew made sure everything was tidy and cleaned up at the end of each day. Our house in Marlborough is pretty tall and sometimes gets strong winds. After a big windstorm, a few shingles came loose, but Kyle from Hansen Family Roofers came out quickly to fix it. The whole process went smoothly, and we didn’t have any problems at all. I’ve already told others about them. Really excellent to work with—definitely recommend for any roofing needs.
