We had hail damage repaired on our home, including a full roof replacement, gutters, siding, and trim, and the whole roofing process went very well. From the start, Jordan provided clear, timely communication and was easy to reach whenever we had questions about the schedule, materials, and pricing. He explained each step in simple terms and helped us understand what to expect before the crew started. Once the roofing work began, the crew moved fast and stayed organized, and the full roof was completed in about one day. There was a short wait before the project started because of material availability and the high number of storm-related roof repairs in the area, but everything was handled professionally and kept on track. The workmanship on the roof, gutters, siding, and trim was excellent, and the finished result looks great. Jordan also helped with the insurance side of the claim and made the process much easier by coordinating communication and working through the pricing details based on the insurance estimate. Overall, we were very happy with the roofing service, the quality of the installation, and the customer care, and we would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or replacement after hail damage.

After speaking with three roofing contractors about replacing my detailed roof and gutter system, I decided to move forward with this local roofer in Conroe. The pricing was very similar across the estimates, but the longer warranty, strong local experience, and many years serving homeowners made the choice easy. Tristan was excellent to work with. He was professional, never pushy, and visited my home more than once to review everything carefully. He even checked the attic to make sure the roofing job would be handled the right way from start to finish. Donovan was also very knowledgeable about gutters and drainage. My home needed a lot of front downspouts, and he recommended round downspouts to better match the style of the house. That suggestion ended up looking much better and fit the overall design perfectly. They took the time to explain the roofing process, answered questions clearly, and made sure the roof and gutters were installed properly for the heat and heavy rain we get in Texas. The whole team was easy to work with and focused on doing the job right. Highly recommended.

Jacob came out to look over our exterior project and gave us an estimate for new siding, fascia, soffit, gutters, and replacing a damaged window. He was professional, easy to talk to, and the pricing was fair. We received the quote quickly, and after comparing several bids, we decided to move forward because of the value, communication, and attention to detail. We are very happy with how the job turned out. The new siding and trim made a big improvement in the look of our home, and the crew stayed on schedule and worked hard to keep the project moving. They did not just cover over problem spots. They took time to replace rotten plywood, add needed flashing, and handle the exterior repairs the right way. That gave us confidence that the roofing and siding work was being done with care and with long-term protection in mind. There was some extra work once hidden issues were found, but everything was explained clearly and the added cost was reasonable for the labor and materials involved. We appreciated that these problems were pointed out and fixed instead of being ignored. Jacob also suggested a few finishing touches to improve curb appeal, including wrapping the front porch posts at no extra charge. Overall, it was a very good experience. The workmanship, communication, and honest approach stood out, and I would recommend this roofing and exterior company to anyone needing siding, gutter, trim, or related home repair work.

After a major fire damaged much of our home, we looked into several roofing choices and compared estimates from three roof installers before making our decision. We chose a metal roofing system right away because the design, materials, and finish stood out to us. The slate-style look was a big upgrade for our roof and really improved the appearance of the house. The new roof feels strong, well built, and made to last for many years. It handles heavy rain well, helps protect our home in the hot Conroe weather, and still looks like new. We were also very impressed with the warranty, which gave us even more confidence in the roofing system. The whole experience left us very satisfied, and we have already recommended this type of roof to friends. We even kept a few extra pieces from the roof installation to show others the unique style and quality.

I chose Cabrera Family Remodeling for my roof replacement after storm damage because of their strong reputation and quality roofing materials. Clinton was detailed, polite, and straight with me from the start. We went over the roofing work, the shingle options, and the full scope so I knew exactly what would be done. I understood I might pay a little more than with some other roofers, but it felt like solid value for a long-lasting roof system. I also spoke with Jacob about ridge vents and soffit vents to help improve attic airflow and reduce heat buildup, which is especially important in TX. He listened to my concerns and made sure the ventilation setup matched what I wanted. On installation day, Frederick double checked that the vent work was done the way we discussed. I had several conversations during the insurance process, and everything was handled with patience and care. They worked hard to help me get the most from the claim and kept me updated along the way. The roof tear-off, replacement, and cleanup moved quickly and smoothly. The crew was professional, organized, and respectful of my property. After looking over the finished roof, I felt confident the workmanship was first class. The cleanup also stood out to me. I only found a small number of roofing nails and a few tiny pieces of old felt around the patio cover and flower beds, which was impressive considering the amount of work completed. Overall, I am extremely happy with my new roof. The insurance coverage helped lower a large part of the cost, and the finished roof looks top notch.

I had a major roofing problem after a strong windstorm tore up a large part of my roof and caused leaks whenever it rained. After calling several roofers, Cabrera Family Remodeling responded quickly and got the process started right away. Clinton answered all my questions clearly and came out fast to inspect the roof. He took photos, explained the storm damage, pointed out the weak areas in the old roofing system, and showed me exactly what needed repair and replacement. Clinton was professional, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made a stressful roofing job feel much more manageable. The crew finished my full roof replacement sooner than I expected, and the workmanship was excellent from start to finish. My home looks refreshed, and the new roofing materials and improved ventilation have made a noticeable difference in keeping the house cooler during the intense Texas heat. The shingles look great, the roofline is clean, and the whole system feels much stronger and better built than before. Another windstorm came through recently, and the new roof held up perfectly. I am very happy with the quality, speed, and attention to detail, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a full roof replacement.

Fantastic service from the first roof estimate to the final cleanup. I was glad to find a roofing company that met and went beyond my expectations. After finishing a kitchen remodel, I found leaks around the skylight and a few other spots in the roof. Donovan came out quickly, inspected everything, explained the roofing work clearly, and gave me a fair quote. Soon after, I had a new roof and replacement skylights installed. The roofing crew worked hard all day in the Texas heat and left the property neat and clean when the job was done. Donovan also suggested a shingle color that matched the house really well and improved the overall look. The craftsmanship was excellent, and the whole process was smooth and professional. I am a very happy customer.
