  Every week someone comes to my house using this company's name for a free estimate. I have repeatedly asked to stop. I consider it harrassment at this point!

  They over charge a roof does not cost 20000 dollars they operate at 70% profit ratio and have zero knowledge of a roof they don't get on the roof at all and can't get on the roof because they are scared. They are based out of Atlanta do not let them work on your home

  We got our roof a little over 8 months ago, and it was great. However, it started to leak in a place that NEVER leaked before, we contacted them, got the run around, never showed up and then FINALLY they came out and "fixed" it. It was NEVER fixed. My roof is now LEAKING on to my floor and we have damage to our ceiling AND our wall in a place that NEVER had damage before. 1 star is being way too generous for the money we paid for this roof. Editing to add; Since I can't comment; I called multiple times, and the phone doesn't even ring. I called the corporate number, and 2 different representatives told me they couldn't even get ahold of the local office and that they're "So sorry". Meanwhile, I now have ceiling and wall damage, and a hole in my wall with water on my floor. After being told it was "fixed" not even a week ago.

  UPDATE: This issue has since been corrected!😉 Really Deanna? This is an amazing company. Sometimes things happen out of our control, storms and the like. We did come out to fix your issue and if you were still having problems (that’s what your LIFETIME Guarantee is for) 👍you should have called again rather than write a negative review…That would have been easier for all of us. We’d be glad to have someone call you tomorrow. We still appreciate you as a customer.😉

  Update: Still no payment. Since posting this review I’ve heard from other contractors who have had the same experience. I own and operate a small business that provides dumpster rental services. Liberty Roofing Professionals used two of my dumpsters for a roofing job. They were a pleasure to work with until it came time to get paid. Then they went silent on me and will not return my calls or pay the invoice. Hopefully this will get resolved soon and I will take this down. Until then, be careful when dealing with them especially if you are providing a service for them. update: Still no payment. I've called the main office multiple times and asked for the owners or A/R dept. They are always "in a meeting." Vendors beware of this company.

  Taylor, have you tried reaching the office directly? It would have been nice if we knew that you were trying to reach someone in the AR department. We’d be glad to look into for you. Clearly this slipped through the cracks. We’re growing pretty fast and have multiple dumpster companies that we use. This is NOT the right avenue to discuss payments. Management will get on top of it. As a business owner you should know that sometimes things do get hectic and fall through the cracks. It’s definitely not personal and we’ll get it resolved.   AVIOD AT ALL COST THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM THEY PREY ON THE EDLERLY AND DO NOT HAVE AN INSURANCE INSPECTOR COME CHECK THE ROOF. THE OWNER & CO-OWNER ARE FLIM FLAM ARTIST RUNNING FROM ATLANTA TO MACON YOU CAN TELL FROM THE WEBSITE THIS IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL COMPANY AS THE NAME SAYS.

We have never had any customer/potential customer with the name Saint!Typically, when a company is doing well, such as us, there’s always a negative review waiting to be posted. We have many happy customers! Our business model does not focus on insurance because insurance is not always available to every customer. We help those in need and don’t prey on anyone. We are very professional and do excellent work for each customer we help. Our goal is to ALWAYS have great customer service whether a customer chooses to go with us or not.
