Level Up Roofer exceeded our expectations from beginning to end. I live in West Covina and Cristian and his team took the time to explain each step of the repair, let us know what to expect which made the entire experience stress-free.The quality of their work was outstanding. They repaired the damaged section of our roof so seamlessly that you can't even tell where the repair was made, it blends perfectly with the rest of the roof.

Cristian and the team really went the extra mile to walk you through everything step by step—that's exactly the kind of communication that makes a project feel manageable instead of stressful. We're so glad the repair work turned out seamlessly for you in West Covina, and we appreciate you giving us the chance to help out your home. If you ever need anything else down the road, don't hesitate to reach out.

They repaired my mom's water-damaged roof, showed up on time, and kept me updated. What I appreciated most was that they didn't rush through the job. They carefully removed all of the damaged areas, cleaned everything up properly, and made sure the roof was repaired the right way before installing the new materials. You can tell they really care about the quality of their work and don't cut corners. I was pleasantly surprised that they came all the way to LA, I didn’t know they service such a large range since they’re address is in Rancho.

That attention to detail on your mom's roof repair really does make a difference — water damage can get messy fast, and taking the time to do it right from the start saves a lot of headaches down the road. We're glad we could handle that for you all the way out in LA, and thanks for noticing the care we put into every job.

I was referred to Christian by a friend, but still wanted to do my own research before making a decision. I spoke with a few different roofing companies but Level Up Roofer stood out right away. So happy with the results and honestly my house is now the best looking on the block, the new roof made a big change! Also once the project started everything moved even faster than I expected without sacrificing quality. The crew was professional and respectful of my property.

Glad we could earn your trust even before you called us in — that means a lot coming from someone who did their homework. Christian and the crew really do take pride in their work, and it sounds like they showed you exactly that with how smoothly everything went from start to finish. Thanks for letting us be part of making your home shine

We interviewed 3 roofing companies and selected Level Up. Cristian was responsive, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The city inspector spoke very highly of how the installation was done with perfection. Normally these inspectors just look and go so that tells you something very important. The installation was done quickly and with no mess or any clean up for us to do. Thank you to him and his awesome team.

Cristian and his team are absolutely amazing! He showed up with his team ready to do exactly what he said he would. I had them perform a roof relay on the back with Solar panels and he did exactly that. He was on time curious and professional, they kept the worksite clean and always picked up when they were done for the day. No excuses, no shifty pricing or manipulation, just honest wholesome professionalism. I can’t recommend him enough. His pricing was fair and he didn’t take advantage of us. He stood by his word and offered a warrant. I will certainly recommend him, and I will call them for my other property! Thanks again!!
