  Jokes - stay away. Came out and wasted my time over a week ago talking about how they are the best and we made a good choice only to be chasing them for quotes to get this message over a week later! They don’t communicate and Alvin is the owner. Total jokes — stay far away, go elsewhere! I only got this message after 2 calls to their house plus a email for a quote. Unprofessional, dishonest, lack of communication and lack of customer service.

  We just had them install our CertainTeed roof system on our home and couldn’t be happier. From start to finish the process was easy. Alvin did a great job explaining everything (although he still needs to tell us where his son found arcade and slot machines for our basement 😂) Level Up Improvement installed our insulation last year, we are very happy with both projects and highly recommend them.

  They were doing my neighbors roof so I Hired to do siding- from start to finish they were very professional. Level up installed new ply-gem siding on my garage, new aluminum trim and gutters on my house and new polar seal windows as well. All crews were very professional and I highly recommend them.

  Highly recommend for price, transparency, and immediate response to questions or concerns. Had my roof done and crew was great. Found no nails or damages after they stripped a double roof layer. Did everything they said they would do.

  Brandon came out same day to get me a competitive quote for new gutters. Within 2 weeks, he had a team come out who got my new gutters installed and they look great. Would totally use them again. Edit: Just wanted to shoutout these guys again. Did a great job at a great rate. Gutters they did hold up and look amazing. Use them for any projects they offer.

  Best customer service hands down. No Sales Games. Received 4 estimates from different companies. They had the best price, Best warranty, and most importantly there crews are certified through the manufacturer. So the manufacturer backs the work that they do. That's important because I found out that most other companies are not certified. They explained everything to us step by step, entire process. And the communication was Amazing.   Level Up Improvement recently did our siding and we were so impressed with Brandon and his team’s attention to detail when it came to the work and daily cleanup. From big details to small- even when installing our new address sign I bought separately that didn’t come with screws, the team took time to make sure the screws they used matched the black address sign which I appreciated so much. The communication was open, consistent, and honest from the time we got the quote to the final walk through of the finished work. We’ve had multiple neighbors stop by and comment on our new siding and tell us how incredible it looks. We’ve already recommended Level Up to multiple people and will continue to refer people to them. Level Up went above and beyond for what we needed and we are thrilled with our experience!.

  Brandon and the team at Level Up Roofing were absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Professional, responsive, honest, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They communicated clearly, showed up when they said they would, and the quality of workmanship really speaks for itself. What stood out most was how much pride Brandon takes in doing things the right way instead of just rushing through another job.   Wife and I got 5 different quotes from 5 companies to replace all the windows in our home in Farmington hills as the old windows were all failing and miserable in the winter. The sales guy from Level Up was never pushy, didn't try any of the hard sell tactics the big companies do and was patient with all of our questions. We got Polar Seal windows as we wanted something made specifically for Michigan winters. They set us up with the right expectations as far as how long the windows would take to make and how long the install would be. Brandon, one of the owners came out and did all the measurements and answered any more questions we had. It took a while to get the windows made but since they let us know how it worked we weren't concerned. Communication was great the entire time as they kept us up to date. Once the windows were done, they got us on the schedule in about a week. The two installers, I believe their names were Yuri and Julian(sp?) were absolutely incredible. They showed up on time, they were careful with my wife's freshly planted landscaping, they were courteous, cleaned up behind themselves and did an impeccable job. 13 windows in about 8 hours, you couldn't even tell anyone had been doing work aside from the brand new windows. Brandon came out to do a site inspection a few days after the install, answered any remaining questions we had and inspected the installs. Will absolutely use Level Up if we need to replace any of our siding and when it comes roof replacement time. Pricing was not the lowest quote but it was reasonable and considering the quality of the installers and the Polar Seal windows it feels like we got more than our moneys worth. The big guys like Wall Side and Weathergard were higher cost and high pressure sales tactics. Running a small family business myself, I pride myself on providing a better service than the big guys.
