Lionel and LFB were the 4th roofing contractor we called, and the last. We have a mansard roof which has been nothing but a pain since we purchased the home. New gravel, then membrane (installed with an engineer) and nothing but troubles with poor craftsmanship and work poorly done, even redone. Over time as a homeowner you get to understand quality work and what actually needs to be done to meet standards. LFB exceeded all of it. We were afraid to redo the roof but our contractors who worked on our interior recommended Lionel and LFB, after 3 quotes. One contractor told us our roof looked great on Google Maps! Lionel came, gave us a quote, admitted we had a competitive estimate previously, yet followed up within days, done. Lionel sold himself. Lionel and Hiro did the work in 2 weeks, membrane and new shingles in 90+ heat and humidity, between jobs! Lionel really wanted to do his best for us, and he succeeded. Lionel is honest, direct, a gifted and hardworking young man who learned from the best and has crafted his skills to the highest level. He and Hiro arrived on time, advised us when they were done for the day, every day for 2 weeks. Two men. They were respectful with a job done to perfection. You would not know they had been here, the property was so clean. I went on the roof several times at Lionel's invitation. Beautiful work. I have 45 pictures to prove it. I would recommend LFB without hesitation for any roofing work. A class act, an outstanding roofer and a job well done. Luis
