Since the change of ownership, the owner has been arrogant and rude to me and my partner. We were surprised by the bill (much higher than expected), and we had to supervise his work and make him come back twice. The finishing touches leave …

Hello Mr. Robitaille, I'm sorry to read this! In your photos, it's not even Charles we see. Furthermore, as mentioned several times, we're not the ones handling the chimney. We work with several contractors; it's always like that! The price was higher than initially quoted because your work added to our workload, but we still honored the original price at your request. We came back twice afterward, at your request, to check the work. As mentioned, the shingles are correct and properly installed. It's a shame you left a review with only your version of events, which seems incomplete and full of lies! Best of luck with your project!

The staff were very competent and friendly. They did a great job and left the area spotless and nail-free at the end. We highly recommend them.

On June 30, 2025, Charles and his men came to do our roofing. Charles was very friendly and very approachable. Great work, very well done. A great cleanup was done everywhere around the house. We had provided the men with bottled water all day. It was hot, the men were out in the blazing sun; they deserved to be provided with bottled water. Thank you to Charles and his men.

Wow, I'm so impressed! My roof (built in 2013) needed repair… Charles arrived right on time, smiling, helpful, and competent… and didn't charge a thing for the repair! Thank you 🙏🏻 …

I got three quotes, and this one was the most reasonable. I trusted a satisfied neighbor's recommendation. We're very happy! They're pros! Thank you to Mr. St-Martin and his team. We highly recommend them. Go for it! Don't hesitate. Don't waste your time with other quotes.
