Leonardo's Contracting

The only one or two-star review we hold for Leonardo's Contracting.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Denia is a crook and thief. She did a renovation project at one of my houses. I paid her 40,000$ upfront and she didn’t complete the job and when asked for remaining 10 to do it. I paid it and she hasn’t completed the work for well over a year. I EXTREMELY caution anyone to avoid doing work with this person. She and I are now in legal battles over her stealing my money and she damaged another property of mine as well. Highly avoid ! You can see her response is deflective. We are in ongoing litigation because she has failed to finish repairs as I stated in my review above. She owes me 10,000$ for incomplete work. She has already had a judgement against her. Avoid this place like the plague. She will steal your money and do a terrible job. You can see, her previous reviews are her family and workers. The only other legit review is the negative one. Her business is a fraud.

Michael, this review does not reflect a legitimate customer experience with our contracting services. This is a personal retaliation regarding an ongoing legal matter between a landlord and a tenant that is currently being handled by the courts. We take our professional work very seriously and will let the legal system resolve this personal dispute.

We were very pleased with Walter and his team and the quality work that they did on our roof and other maintenance that we needed done on our home. He was very honest and quoted us a very fair price. He is very knowledgeable and offers options that work for the homeowner and he stands behind his work. We will definitely recommend to all of our friends and family just as our friends recommended him to us.

Walter and his crew were amazing. Very proffesional and focussed on their work. Showed photo's of roof condition before during and after. They certainly take pride in their work. They were reasonably priced along with quality work and cleaned up as if they were never there. We already reffered to friends that they are doing work for soon.
