Don’t bother contacting, if it’s not a full roof job, they couldn’t be less interested

Can’t say much about their workmanship but their customer service sucks! Got an estimate but had questions about it, call after call and message after message to them goes unanswered,

We just had our 9 year anniversary of being in our home that we built. Karn’s did our roof and we were very happy with their service. It still looks like new and we have never had any issues with it! So glad we chose them for such great quality work. Highly recommend for all your roofing needs.

We had Karns Roofing replace the roof on our home. Their service was excellent! They kept in touch with changes to timing, there were very professional and reliable. The quality of the work was fantastic kid and they operated in a safe manner. And the work was completed on time….I would highly recommend Karns Roofing.

They did some interior damage to my roof..didn't put drip edge on all sides of roof and I have never received the warranty paperwork even after many requests.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 12 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 12, of which 9 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Karn's Roofing Limited. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
