Writing a review due to getting an email recently even though the work was done in 2018. At the time, Alpha Roofing were friendly and did a good job. However... I recently had my roof replaced by another company due to the huge hailstorm that happened in the RR area. I found out that Alpha Roofing installed some of the worst reviewed shingles on my roof. Thankfully, I'm now more knowledgeable about shingles and have higher quality installed.

I chose Alpha roofing to replace my mom's roof. The crew had to job finished in one day and did a great job cleaning up. Fast forward to the first real deluge one year after the install and we noticed a leak around the chimney. I contacted Alpha roofing and they came out and caulked around the chimney. Fast forward another year to the real significant rain of this year and we have a more extensive leak. This is year two of a brand new roof. Another roofing company came to assess the situation and said that there was NO flashing put around the chimney. I've contacted Alpha roofing and the message was that I will be contacted over the next week. The week is almost over and I have not heard anything. I usually do not post reviews but for this is an unacceptable outcome for an elderly person's roof.

The salesman was dismissive with his responses after the contract was signed when deciding on color and after installation when there was a problem with noise on windy days. The management/owners of the company wouldn't respond to phone …

They came out to do an estimate, the guy went back to his truck to send me a quote and just took off without any response.

Totally no concept of customer service ,the guy(peter) was super rude . May be he is giving 100% quality but if you are rude and no manners how to talk to your customers you can’t go too far . Good luck !

The estimator said one thing and then when the workers came weeks later, they said they could not do what the proposal said. They ended up doing the best they could but then the shingles did not match. I would pass on Alpha.

Ryan and his crew installed our roof previously, and when a leak came up later, they handled the repair quickly and professionally. Communication was clear, and the fix looks solid. Highly recommend!

Solid company that goes above and beyond, before, during, and after. I got my roof replaced by alpha a few months ago. They were extremely professional and informative throughout the entire process. Price was VERY reasonable considering they are not some small time fly by night business. A few months later, I had an issue with the flashing on the side of my house that actually had nothing to do with the roof. But they still came out, in person, with a crew, and fixed the issue even though they were not responsible for it. They even cleaned up afterwards and left my yard cleaner then before they arrived. Didn’t even charge me anything. Can’t recommend these guys enough.
