  Layne Tech Roofing is very pleased to hear that you are satisfied with the quality of our work on both of the roofs that we have installed for you over the last 13 years. Layne Tech Roofing offers a free 5 year labor warranty (ie: if there are issues with how the roof was installed) and the CertainTeed products used have a 30 year warranty against manufacturer’s defects. The rotten fascia trim you experienced was not a result from our work or the product. When we met with you and your wife, we explained that the process would be the same as before- that we would work from the insurance proceeds and that your only out-of-pocket expense would be, by law, your $1000 deductible. As a “thank you” for being a repeat customer, Layne Tech Roofing completed $1000 worth of repairs to your fascia trim for which we did not charge. We stayed true to our word and your only out-of-pocket expense is your deductible. It is very upsetting that our loyal customer who was pleased with the work we have done for him on both of his roofs would choose to bash us online in an attempt to mar our good name and damage our reputation without even so much as a phone call to ask why the invoice was different than what he expected. Layne Tech Roofing had NO IDEA that there was even an issue. At the time of this response, Layne Tech Roofing has not been paid a dime for the work completed. In our opinion, this review is totally unmerited due to the fact that Layne Tech Roofing was never given the opportunity to address the concerns before a complaint was made.

  That it the reason for the review... I called sometime in the first part of February, I spoke to a lady that was very nice, and polite. She explained that she took down my information, and someone would call to check on the roof. I waited until the end of February to call back, but there was no answer. I waited another week, and called back, still no answer. I left my name and number. It is now mid-March, and this response to the review is the only contact that has been had. I have found someone who will do the job this weekend, so there will be no reason for a follow-up.

  this is worst roofing company in town. they did our roof and giving one year warranty. it was leaking so we called them back with in first month they never came back. and we paid for other roofing company to fix our roof after paying more then hundred thousand to this guy. please stay away from this company

  We were never contracted with Dasi Reddy to replace his roof. Four years ago, we were contracted with the bank holding Mr. Reddy's mortgage to replace the roof because he was in default of his loan. The bank had the property insured because Mr. Reddy refused to carry proper insurance. As part of our contract with the bank, we offered our standard free two year warranty; however we have never been notified of any issues with the roof to date. In fact, the bank had the roof inspected immediately after installation four years ago and it passed with flying colors. We believe this review is due to Mr. Reddy not being happy that the bank selected us to replace the roof rather than using his friend's company We do not understand why he attempting to besmirch our good name in this forum four years later. We request that his review be removed as Mr. Reddy was never our customer.

  I spoke with Jay he's a nice professional HONEST man. Its hard to find someone like that in the roofing industry he did my roof 10 years ago. This last storm we had july 5th I was so worried we would have major damage. He sent someone out immediately. Was very honest about everything. I highly recommend them! Anytime I need roofing needs i will always go to him. He is the only one ill deal with when it comes to roofing. I give him 10 stars all the way around. Again I highly recommend Layne tech

  Did a great job replacing our roof after hail damage. We had already moved out and rented the house, and they came in and replaced the roof within two days. Great work, use these guys for sure.

  Fantastic experience! Layne Tech Roofing did a patch on a section of our roof after heavy wind damage. Communication was very quick, scheduling was a breeze, the push matches beautifully and everyone was so friendly!

  Layne Tech roofing has been phenomenal to work with! Everyone I have talked to has been extremely professional and kind. I have a weird schedule with being a nightshift worker, and they have taken that into account and worked with me. I called Monday, and by Tuesday they were out to look at our roof and give me an estimate, as well as take into account the upcoming weather and are planning on getting us taken care of before the rain this week! Update to add-not only were they extremely quick to come out and get repairs done on our roof prior to the forecasted rain/storms (within the week of me first calling), but they were affordable and did a phenomenal job!!
