I really wanted to have a good experience with Barr Roofing, but things didn’t go as smoothly as I hoped. Communication was slow, and the crew showed up later than scheduled. The job took longer than expected, and there were a few details that seemed rushed when they finally finished. I also asked for help finding someone for siding, but the referral didn’t work out — the person never followed up. Overall, I wasn’t satisfied with the level of professionalism or reliability. I probably wouldn’t use them again.

I was disappointed with Barr Roofing. They weren’t very punctual, and the job took longer than expected. Communication was lacking, and I didn’t feel confident in their referrals for other services. I wouldn’t use them again or recommend them based on my experience.

A $16,000 roof was put on my 6 year old house by Barr roofing. It leaked 3 times and damaged the sheet rock after the roof was replaced. I called the home warranty and their guy said the flashing wasn't installed right around the chimney. I …

Despite scheduling an appointment, they never arrived on time. For days, texts and calls went unanswered. They were irresponsible and unprofessional when they eventually showed up. The task was not finished, and the crew left my yard in a terrible mess. You will regret hiring them; you would be better off looking elsewhere.

I had to have 18 shingles replaced and the turbines replaced from the storm with 80 mph winds. They came on Friday to inspect my roof and did the work on the following Monday. Very good service!

Eric Silva and his crew were very prompt and professional replacing the back part of my roof. It had leaked over the garage for several years and they had to remove the metal as well as 3 layers of shingles. They completed the job quickly and efficiently as well as a great cleanup. I would definitely recommend them.

Prompt and Professional Roof Repair After a recent severe storm, several of my shingles lifted, so I wanted the entire roof inspected for possible damage. I contacted Barr Residential expecting a delay because of the storm’s impact, but I was pleasantly surprised when an inspector arrived the very next day. I received an electronic repair estimate that same day, and a two-person crew arrived the following day to complete the work. The repairs were finished quickly, and the team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. I couldn’t have asked for better service.
