The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Lauren Exteriors. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

They hamdled everything including filing the claim with my insurance, meeting with the adjuster/inspector, doing the roofing itself, and following up with insurance afterward. Communication was always quick, and work was punctual.

The crew did an awesome job from tearing off the old roof to putting on the new one. Very considerate in their clean up. Had virtually nothing to clean up when they were finished. We would definitely recommend this company.

Our experience with Lauren Exteriors has been seamless since the beginning regarding our roof & siding replacement due to storm damage. Louden responded to my inquiry within minutes, answered all our questions, was fully transparent and was able to get us on the schedule quickly. Paul and the roofing crew showed up on time, were friendly, cleaned up after themselves and provided a thorough walk through after the roof was complete. Love the look of the new roof and looking forward to seeing the replaced siding & gutters!
