Big Dawg Roofing & Construction

The only one or two-star review we hold for Big Dawg Roofing & Construction.

I really wanted to like this company due to being local. We made an appointment to discuss a roof replacement and wood siding painting after hail damages. We already had the initial inspection done with the insurance company. No one ever showed up for the scheduled appointment time, which wasted an hour of my day waiting around for nothing. I can’t recommend or trust a company that doesn’t keep their commitments. And before trying to make the excuse as with another 1 star review response that you didn’t have an appointment with us, you absolutely did and never showed up.

We’re very sorry we missed your appointment! We would love if you called down to our office at 888-442-3294 to discuss where the miscommunication was.

The roofing crew showed up at 7:00am and by noon the roof on the house and shed were complete and the debris hauled away. Impressed that this crew had the equipment needed and professional in their work attitude.

We had Big Dawg replace our roof after a large hail storm earlier this year and it couldn’t have been easier or gone any better! We were put on the schedule quickly and had the roof replaced in a single day without a trace of mess after the job was done. Super pleased with the job from start to finish! Thanks guys!

Huge shoutout to Big Dawg Roofing & Construction! After our home in Wausau was hit by hail in May, they were out at our house the next morning to inspect the roof and siding. We met with several contractors before deciding who to go with, and Big Dawg was absolutely the best when it came to customer service and competitive pricing. They also handled everything directly with our insurance, which saved us so much stress. The roof was done in just one day, and the siding took only 2.5 days. Both crews did top-notch work, and the cleanup was immaculate — not a single nail left behind. The siding guys even helped me put up my new outdoor lights and shutters! Everyone in their office was super friendly and responsive. I was dreading having to file a homeowners claim, but Big Dawg made it so easy. We’ll 110% be using them again if we ever need to!

This is THE best company I’ve ever worked with. They are responsive, personable, professional, competent, and efficient. I found absolutely no reasons for any dissatisfaction. Everyone in the company communicated openly and honestly with no confusion. Everyone I met was a pleasure to work with and the roofing job was really well done and promptly completed. I highly recommend Big Dawg Roofing & Construction!

Tony and the crew are a great team! They are professional, efficient, thorough and were pleasant to talk to if we had any questions. They cleaned up all the debris and left the yard and driveway clean. We recently had the yard landscaped and they were very careful not to hurt all our new plants. They even assisted me in bringing my planters that I had placed in the garage for safe keeping. Thank you Big Dawg Roofing.
