  They crack my wall and broke my doorbell wire and told me that I have to get an electrician out to fix the wires to my doorbell and I have to pay for it, and for my crack wall they haven’t gotten back to me about how they going to fix it …

  Pushed us to go with there products kept calling and emailing me about stuff when I told them I am getting quotes from others before we pick who is doing what. Now they tell me to call them for better prices they won't email me the prices. I have asked them to stop bugging me and they said in a email witch i still ha e that they would not send emails or call anymore and guess what the next morning from the same person I got another email. So with that they lost my business and I will not tell anyone to go with them.......

  We didn't get any windows. But was approved to get new roof with issues sags on a 30 year old roof and no professional installation by trained certified roofers. We still have sagging roof with the same problem as before nothing changed. …

  Do not recommend Feldco!! We have been waiting 11 months for our doors! They have been here twice: 1st time wrong measurements were taken, 2nd time doors installed but not what we ordered - they are backwards (shame on Feldco & the installers for not questioning)! They were supposed to come today, however after I made the call to inquire if they were coming, found out installers were behind in another job! ZERO Communication, it’s always me having to inquire!!!! Just sickening!!! Cannot wait for this to be over with!!!! Top it off when it was noticed the doors were backwards, they did just enough so we can get by until the right ones come — we are in Northern WI WINTER , so loosing efficiency and heat like no other!!! Very upset customer!!!

  I would not recommend Feldco they did the worst job on my living room window… Called them up and told them my window was leaking and the trim wasn’t put on properly. To top it off the technician said they had 25 years experience, which was a lie obviously. They put the wrong trim up, sales manager came out to check everything out. Reordered new trim and made an appointment to get the trim replaced on Nov. 11th and no one called or showed up to finish the job. If you want a job done right you have to do it yourself.

  Feldco sure blasts a lot of ads for a company that cannot seem to handle its own logistics or customer service. They have misled me in their scheduling, ordered completely incorrect windows, and refused to refund me my deposit so I could even take my business elsewhere. I have given up my own work time for appointments they either never showed up for or for which they brought incorrect product that could not be installed. Manager Jason also had the gall to tell me he would remedy this by getting some sort of financial restitution, then refusing to provide a dollar figure until after the installation is totally complete. EXCUSE ME?! I am HORRIFIED by this company. I warn you, DO NOT use them, they have no regard for your time, money, and even the contractors they are sourcing will say openly how awful they are to work with.
