We called Tim after discovering a leak in our roof. He was quick to respond and repairs were made in a timely matter. His crew was able to identify the area which was leaking and made all necessary repairs quickly. If we have anymore roofing issues we will definitely call Tim again.

Tim has always been great to work with & responsive to all my questions & concerns. He was quick to meet with my clients last week to help resolve an issue on their new home that the builders warranty department continues to not properly address & fix. Clients have been more than happy with his knowledge & expertise.

Landmark Construction is the absolute gold standard in general contracting. After a devastating storm in May 2024 caused major damage to our home, their team showed up the very same day to begin emergency remediation—an incredible level of responsiveness we’ll never forget. This was a massive project involving our roof, interior walls, ceilings, and floors—and Landmark handled every aspect with exceptional care, professionalism, and expertise. They worked tirelessly with our insurance company, navigating a frustrating and complex process to make sure we received everything we needed. They were also incredibly mindful of repair costs and spending—delivering high-quality results while being transparent and respectful of our budget. Throughout the entire process, Landmark went above and beyond, constantly communicating, showing up on time, and treating our home as if it were their own. The workmanship is flawless, and the level of customer service is truly unmatched. We would use Landmark a million times over and recommend them with the highest confidence for any and all general contracting work. If you want the job done right—and with heart—Landmark is who you call.
