Christopher Brown walked me through every step of this project, and was available any time I had questions and/or requests. His team was timely and the end result was amazing. I loved that the vents all matched the shingles. Definitely would recommend Lakeview Roofing. Thank you, Chris

I can't begin to say how happy we were working with Chris Brown of Lakeview Roofing. Chris helped us thru assessing our roof, talking with our insurance company, which paid for the roof, and made sure we were walked thru every phase of the complete process. His crew were here right on time, worked extremely hard and had our large home completed within a day and a half. Afterwards, they cleaned up everything emaculately. So professional and thorough. We were amazed. We HIGHLY recommend Lakeview Roofing.

I called Chris with Lakeview Roofing on Wednesday and he came out on Thursday. We had a leak with the heavy rain on Wednesday. He got up on the roof and looked at the problem area determined that it was more likely a window problem than a shingle or flashing problem. He didn't try to sell me on a job that probably wouldn't have fixed the problem. He was very nice and professional and generous with his time, taking the time to explain the problem to me. He did not charge for the inspection. I would definitely call Chris next time I needed a roofing repair.

Hi Glen, thank you so much for the kind words—we really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I’m glad we were able to get out there quickly and help pinpoint the source of the leak. Our goal is always to give honest assessments and make sure homeowners are addressing the right problem, even if it means the solution isn’t roofing-related. It means a lot that you noticed the transparency and time we put into explaining everything. Don’t hesitate to reach out anytime if you need anything in the future—we’re always happy to help. Thanks again!

🏠 Roof Replacement Completed in Post Falls! We recently replaced this roof in just one day! This home had two layers of 3-tab shingles that needed to be torn off before installing the new roof. We got the roof dried in with Owens Corning Rhino Ice & Water Shield, protecting the eaves and extending 24 inches into the livable space. We then installed a beautiful Owens Corning Teak shingle. We were also able to help this homeowner save money by assisting with the insurance process and getting the roof fully covered.
