  Luis quoted and completed a $90,000 commercial roofing job. Shortly after completion, the roof began leaking. When I reported the issue, he claimed the leaks were caused by the HVAC units on the roof and stated that this work was not included in his quote. However, the HVAC units were present before the job began and were never excluded in his proposal. During the roofing work, his crew moved the HVAC units to install roofing material underneath them, and in the process damaged the units. As part of the contract, he also installed four new roof drains. One year later, two of those drains began leaking into the building. When I contacted him and asked him to inspect his work to determine the source of the leaks, he refused to return. He did not honor his warranty. These leaks were unrelated to the HVAC units and were directly connected to his roofing work. After spending $90,000, I am extremely disappointed with the workmanship, lack of accountability, and refusal to stand behind his work. I would never use him again or recommend him for any future projects.

  Luis and his crew did an excellent job. Highly recommend again for any job. Unfortunately I noticed my gutters were leaking bad after my new roof was installed. We’ll they damaged my gutters when using the ladders to install the roof. Would not come out and take a look to fix this issue. They did a good job on the roof but now I got broken gutters.

  L-Pro definitely deserves 5 stars. My neighbor referred me to L-Pro and I am so glad he did. They did a fantastic job on my roof, which was in very bad condition. The price was very reasonable. They left my yard so clean you would never even know they had been there working. I am already planning on hiring L-Pro for another job.

  I had a great experience with L-Pro. Luis came out and gave us a detailed bid on our new property. There were a number of issues including painting, concrete work, and (at that time) repairing chimney flashing. The weather got too cold to do much of the work, but Luis fit us into his schedule for the chimney flashing as we all were concerned about damage over the winter. Once his crew got on the roof, it became apparent that there were a lot more issues. He worked with us on changing the bid on the spot, got the materials within a day, and had the roof done within 3 days. And it looks fantastic! Communication from Luis and his office manager Jason was great, with pictures and updates each day. They were flexible and patient, yet their motivation and know-how kept the work flow steady and strong. I look forward to working with them again. Many thanks!
