  We had CPG do new front hand railing, a roof, gutters, siding, and a deck for us to the tune of $43,000. They were at our house for 9 days which seemed reasonable given the amount of work that was done. I would rate the quality of the actual work done as a 4.5 out of 5. As for the details surrounding the work, it was an absolute “ train wreck “. We have 120 feet of driveway with a 3 car parking area and for some reason they decided it was necessary to park several vehicles in our front yard. They even got a truck stuck trying to get it out. If you consider pouring a few bags of topsoil into all the ruts they made a “ repair “, that's pretty crummy. While siding the front of the house, they destroyed the lights on the wall by our downstairs door. I replaced them myself after seeing how they handled the front lawn repair. They staged a trailer to remove all the old roofing and broke a chunk of blacktop off of the edge of the driveway. Something that could have easily been avoided by throwing down something to create a “ step down “ from the driveway to the grass but no care was taken there. Apparently, they left one night and it began to rain. 2 workers came back ( in the dark and rain ), went up on the roof, and covered something up that probably should have been covered before they left. Unfortunately, they threw a ladder up against the brand new gutters they had just installed, damaging them. We're still waiting for a replacement that has been promised for 2 weeks, which at this point doesn't look like it's going to happen. While installing the siding, they attempted to re-install some lighting they removed, thus causing us to spend a night with half the power out in our house. When presented with the problem, the response was, “ We're not electricians “. We had plans to have them back to build a patio for us, and possibly side one of our “ out buildings “.   I contacted CPG Roofing & Siding yesterday regarding a fascia and soffit repair and was given an appointment for today at 1:00 PM. Unfortunately, no one showed up, and I received no phone call, text, or other communication letting me know that they would not be coming. I understand that schedules can change and unexpected things happen, but I consider it very poor business practice to schedule an appointment with a potential customer and then simply not show up without any communication. I set aside my time specifically for this appointment and expected, at minimum, the courtesy of a phone call if they were unable to make it. Reliability and communication are an important part of customer service, especially when someone is considering hiring a company to work on their home. Unfortunately, my first experience with CPG Roofing & Siding was disappointing.

  We take concerns like this very seriously and want to provide full transparency on this situation. Following your report of a leak around the chimney, our team returned to the property on three separate occasions to address the issue at no additional cost. Each visit included removing and reinstalling the aluminum flashing system around the chimney, as this is the most common source of leaks in that area. Despite these efforts, the issue persisted. During our inspections, we identified that the chimney itself is in deteriorated condition, with multiple areas requiring repointing and structural repair. This condition falls outside the scope of the roofing work performed, as chimney masonry is a separate system and was not included in the original contract. In good faith, we did not charge for these additional service visits or for removing and replacing the flashing multiple times, even though this work went beyond our contractual obligation. We are also attaching a photo from one of our visits showing the condition of the chimney. It is important to clarify that our work is backed by a 10-year workmanship warranty covering the roofing system, as well as a 50-year GAF manufacturer warranty against material defects. If there were an issue with the roof system itself, we would absolutely move forward with a claim and stand behind our work. However, this situation is directly related to the existing condition of the chimney, which is a pre-existing structure and not part of the roofing system we installed. We are not responsible for damages or failures caused by conditions outside the scope of our work. Regarding payment, there is currently an outstanding balance of $1,876.00, which corresponds to completed work involving wood fascia replacement, priming, and painting. The original balance was $3,615.00, and it was reduced in good faith in an effort to resolve the matter. We remain committed to customer satisfaction and are still willing to help guide you toward

  When I contacted Christian the owner he was very responsive and came out to look at the wind damage to my siding almost immediately for an estimate to repair! After discussing I explained I had contacted my insurance company and they were willing to pay a certain amount to repair the siding! He explained that he would need to go up on the roof and see if there was additional damage! I said I doubted my insurance company would pay for a new roof! He assured me he had worked with insurance companies many times and could manage as he was confident he worked with insurance in the past! Well my insurance was not budging on a new roof so I never heard from him again! I did contact him once more and asked for an estimate to put on a new roof but never heard back! Very disappointing as he talked a good game!!!!

  Let me start off by saying that this company cares for their customers first. They finished my roof today and went above and beyond replacing any issues I had. From the first contact until finished, they never pressured me and did everything expected within my budget. During the work today, they kept my property clean throughout the work and I couldn't be more pleased. Professional, on point, and worked my project to perfection. My roof and gutters look excellent. Gabby and Giovanni were the best to work with. Thank you both and CPG !!

  Start to finish, excellent experience. Phone calls answered by a person each time. Our time was valued with prompt appointments and service. Quality products installed by an experienced, hard working crew working as a team. When they were done, you couldn’t tell they had been there. The concern then became about our satisfaction with everything they had done. We are already looking into having them do more work, waiting on an estimate for insulation.

  CPG Roofing did an excellent job on my roof installation. They were professional, courteous, and friendly, and after the job was completed, you wouldn’t even know they’re there as a cleanup was perfect, I would highly recommend them.

  CPG performed professuonally and expertly replaced an aged roof. They arrived as scheduled, worked diligently throughout the project, explained and concerned and had every change order preapproved before implementing.   I ran into one of their workers over a year ago and he was courteous and polite so when our time came for a new Roof , and gutters I decided I was going to call them first ..after the meeting and full explanation of the many options they offer for every budget and the professional and friendly service I decided this was the way to go…not only was I told what needed to be repaired I was shown .and they left my property spotless.the honesty and integrity of each worker is why Chris and his team is who you need to call for all your roofing and gutter siding needs …OUTSTANDING work and service

  Very professional and honest people. Roof gangs arrived on time. My roof was stripped and replaced in one day. The roof crew all did a great job not to tear up my saturated grass. My yard was completely cleaned up. My roof looks fantastic. I definitely recommend CPG Roofing and Siding.
