What an amazing roofing company! After calling multiple companies, Rob returned my call within an hour, came by with in a day to give an estimate and followed up with us 2 days later! No one does that anymore!!! His communication throughout the whole process was so impressive and was so accommodating with any requests or questions I had. His team came in and finished my 2 story gable roof within 1 day, and they were very meticulous with their cleanup. I would recommend his roofing company to anyone and I look forward to using him again for my next project next year!

We recently had our roof and siding replaced by Impact, and I couldn't be happier with the result. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress-free. The crew was professional, clean, and very efficient—they completed the job on schedule and left our property spotless. The price was fair and reasonable for the high quality of work that was done. Rob, the owner, was a pleasure to work with—he’s straightforward, honest, and genuinely cares about delivering a great result. Our home looks beautiful, and we’ve already had several neighbors compliment the transformation. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for reliable, quality work and great customer service!

Rob and his crew did an amazing job! I left for work and they did their thing! Rob let me know I had plywood that needed replacing sent me a few photos of the rotted out spots. When i came home the roof was done and it turned out great! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new roof.

Rob and his crew did an incredible job on our roof. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and efficient. The team showed up right on time at 7 AM, got straight to work, took a quick lunch break, and were completely done by 2 PM — all in one day on our single-family home! The roof looks fantastic, and the crew worked fast but with great attention to detail. You can tell they know exactly what they’re doing. What really stood out was how down-to-earth and easy to work with Rob was. He made the whole process stress-free and was far more approachable than some of the other roofers we talked to. If you’re looking for quality work, a great crew, and an honest guy running the show — I highly recommend Rob and Impact Roofing and Siding.

Impact Roofing just put a new roof on my home a few weeks ago. They did a terrific job from beginning to end -- Rob was very knowledgeable in his assessment of my existing roof and how to best improve it, and was very patient with my questions, which I had a lot of as a new homeowner! In terms of the job itself, Impact was both speedy and exceptional. It took four days for the whole roof (really fast considering it's a big roof and there were a couple of audibles along the way). The crew's attention to detail was fantastic and I am very happy with how the finished roof looks. They put in new plywood to help insulate the house and managed to leave my attic pretty clean. All in all, I am really happy with the work Impact did. I was recommended them by a friend and will definitely be passing the word on to other homeowners. It's great knowing that my new roof comes with a solid warranty and that Rob's crew will be taking care of me in the event of any issues moving forward. 10/10

I met Rob while I was looking for someone to do my roof. I had multiple interviews. I went wit Impact he was very honest. Explained everything to me told me what was gonna happen. What we had to do didn't push.and I really liked him as a person, he showed me the shingles explained one from another left me the book. Let me know if you decide. his workers were careful covered. Everything made sure nothing was in the way. Worked really hard cleaned up my whole yard. Everything not a spec was left of the debris. I just was very happy with them and I would use them for something else for their windows or their doors or something else that is needed. I would definitely go back.

I had an emergency leak in my roof and Rob and his team were very responsive, easy to deal with, and did a spectacular job fixing the issue. They didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary fixes and came off as honest and caring. Highly recommended.
