  Wendell came out and advised me on my roof situation. Helped me understand what needed to be done. Recommended the right folks for that task. Didn’t charge me a penny even though I offered! Now that’s customer service!

  50 years of home ownership has made me a little cynical about the trades and craftsmanship. LE Schwartz has done it right the first time on several occasions now for me. Could I get it done cheaper? Possibly, but the cost and angst of having it done twice makes Schwartz the right choice for me.

  LE Schwartz is a trustworthy local roofing company that I highly recommend. They provide a Competitive Price, Quality Job, and excellent Customer Service. This is our 2nd roof we have had replaced at 2 different homes, but both by L.E. Schwartz. Both time we had a very good experience with them (as good as one can have in replacing a roof). Competitive Price - We checked with 4 different roofing companies and LE Schwartz was in the same range as the other 3. Plus, Schwartz provides an up-front quote with 5 different options based on the quality / useful life of the materials. We went with the Premium Option that is mid-tier and provides a 50yr Architectural shingle with a warranty that is transferrable. Quality Job - We have a large roof with a detached 2-car garage which both look great (shingles, flashing, caulking, etc). Schwartz's had about a team of 10 working for 2 days. Once they left, you could not tell that they were even here (except for the new roof!). When they tear off the old roof, they lay massive tarps all around the house to catch the shingles and nails. Then they drag the tarps full of debris to the temporary dumpster. The grounds around my house are very clean. They even pulled old shingles out of our landscaping to ensure all was left just as they found it. I would also add that the crew was very prompt and professional as they worked the job. No issues there either. Excellent Customer Service - As I noted above, I've worked with Schwartz at various times for leaks and re-roofs for about 20 years. I always have an excellent experience. They are a great local company. For this job I worked with a lot of the same team as previous jobs. I initially worked with Wendell for the consult and quote. Then with Russ for scheduling and Steven during the job (Steven visited the job multiple times per day often bringing additional materials/ supplies the crew needed to keep going.   Very good roofing crew. Without one word they all worked beside each other in unison like I have never seen. The decking repairs were quick and cut perfectly to fit. I am very satisfied.

  From the beginning, the team at Schwartz was professional and did a quality job. They gave me a quote that was easy to understand and clearly documented. They are insured and once we signed the contract to get the work done, they come out and did the entire job in 2.5 days. There work crews were very polite and they cleaned up after themselves every day. They were amazing. I would highly recommend using them.

  I do not have one complaint. This company is top notch. They kept me up to date on every aspect of the job. EVERYONE that I came in contact was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and timely. My roof is beautiful and the gutters frame it like a picture. I am so glad I chose them.

  The entire process, from estimate to completion of the job, went very quickly. My roof was completed in just one day, including removing skylights & adding a ridge vent. The employees that I spoke with were all very knowledgeable. The estimate from this company was detailed & my final cost was on track.
