Beware of this company , does not stand behind his work. A lot of subpar work. Makes promises to fix things then never shows up. was Johnny on the spot when he was owed money but a ghost after he was paid. Had to file complaints with the BBB and AG but he seems to feel he doesn't have to answer to anyone but himself. He will tell you how many pictures that were taken of the job and likes to use words like the job is perfect and awesome . If you disagree with him he will try to bully you , when that don't work he will threaten you. You'll see what I mean if he responds to this , It will be everyone else fault but his .

We gave KSL a challenging project: convert a first floor closet to an ADA-compliant powder room (1/2 bath) in an over 100 year old house, next to a huge cabinet built inside the house. Kurt did a thorough survey checking pipe and sewer locations, structure, and layout options. They started work about a month or two later (they do a ton of jobs as well as emergency services). Once started, they worked closely with us to build it exactly as we wanted, swapping some flooring and grab bars to our design. I picked the right team and I feel like I got best quality. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

Mary G I called KSL on a Monday, & they came the following Tuesday, they cleaned my gutters & mended the flashing from leaking at that time. Jim was knowledgeable, listened to my thoughts, & very polite. Milessa was great, she kept me up to date all thru the week to make sure she didn’t forget about. They were very busy due to storms in our neighborhood. Most people don’t call you back, but KSL is on top of it, because of Melissa.
