Exceptional service. They were quick and efficient. He even came back the next day because he had missed a repair that wasn't in the notes and saw it when he got back to office. I would have never known but that's how trustworthy they are. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had new siding and roof installed by Koontz recently, and they did a great job. From initial contact through invoicing, communication was very helpful, especially when scheduling needed to be adjusted, the work crews were friendly and efficient, and the both projects ran smoothly. Plus the house looks great!

My project was a new roof and gutter repair. I found all of the Koontz team to be thorough, comprehensive, detail oriented and communicative. Listened to my needs and recommended appropriate products and services. My project manager/sales person, Julio, went way above and beyond to insure the job was done well and I was satisfied. Pleasant, hard working crew with excellent clean up after the project was complete. Highly recommend!

Bloomington: TLDR - we had a spec-builder leak finally fixed correctly and a new Sun Tunnel light pipe installed to our living room, a few weeks later (appropriate) within 48 hours. They did an amazing job. …

Great communication from Chandler for an estimate on my roof, as well as an introduction to an excellent mason for my chimney replacement. When Koontz did the new roof, they got it done in 36 hours!

Massive project(for me anyways) replacing siding and metal around 5300 square foot home and also a detached garage. Brandon came out and very patiently and professionally walked me thru process and also liased with my designer to streamline the process and ensure the final product meeting our design vision. He also went above and beyond to find a small weather window to fit project in at end of January and beginning of February. I was out of town during this time, and probably would have delayed project had I not met him and got to know him and trusted him to deliver on his word. I was not disappointed in that trust. Cara was also exceptional to work with during some issues experienced after completion,so the company inside to out is a pleasure to work with. I will be singing their praises to all I come in contact with. They are a gem in a world of fly by night contractors jumping from job to job generating cash flow only, not quality work or completions. The old admonition applies " you get what you pay for!" This team earns their money and reputation. Thanks again you guys...two thumbs up. I'd give you more... but only have 2!!! Lol Photos of my project on the Bloomington office sight...February 13 2025.
