  Jordan Batts was not honest with me. This company has been sold off to G & J Roofing without my knowledge while my reroof was still in progress. Now I can't get in contact with KMR as the number is transferred over to the new company and G & J refuses to continue any "loose-end" jobs. And Jordan's email address was deactivated and he "doesn't know why" he can't log in. Amazing. KMR claims the inspections of the roof were being scheduled and done. However, when I called the City of Sunrise, none of the required multiple inspections were completed. I have paid thousands of dollars already for the roof and I have to hire and pay another contractor to complete KMR's incomplete work. If any of the inspections fail (which they commonly do), I will be charged to resolve the issues. To add salt to the wound, one of KMR's trucks drove over and damaged my sewer line cap and the HOA is billing me and my neighbor for the repair. I have recorded video footage of the incident and Jordan agreed to pay for the repair, but now I cannot get a hold of him. He and KMR has totally abandoned the project and ghosted me on all methods of communication. I would be leery of any business venture Jordan Batts or Edgar Rojas decides to go on. This business reeks of scam based on my personal experience and I have already filed a formal complaint on DBPR and will be consulting with a lawyer to pay for the money I have to come out of pocket with to complete this 7 month long project and reimburse my HOA. EDIT: Response to G & J: I reached out to you guys on April 1st and now you finally claim to want to help and we're almost in July. I spoke with Gunnar and I recall my job being referred to as a "loose-end." He did reach out to Jordan to give him credit (Jordan never reached out), but offering "assistance" almost 3 months later is too little too late. I'd stay away from G & J Roofing as well. An honest business would try to provide immediate assistance in a case like this even if they stand to

  I had the estimate done on 11/12/20 and was told I would be getting a call from the office. I waited until Monday 11/16 until around 4 in the afternoon to call them myself. All I was looking to do was get a day I can have the work scheduled. Whatever that day was. I wasn't pressuring anyone. I was told my job would be scheduled for the 18th, 19th, or 20th and would get a call. I called back on the 19th at the end of day, because no one had called me and if the job was to be done on the following day I figured I would get a call a day ahead of time as notification. When I spoke with the lady who answered the call I was told my job was scheduled for that day(no one called me about it), but a man got hurt and they were not sure when it could be scheduled. I later spoke to a lady Jaquelin who said she was the office manager. I was told that my roof wasn't done on the 19th because a job took longer than they thought not that someone got hurt. All I was looking for them to do is tell me when someone would be there to repair my roof. Poor communication!!

  It’s a been almost a week since someone came to give us an estimate we called 4 times the lady said she is going to email the quotes right away she never did. If you guys have too many customers you could have just said it so we don’t waste our time. It’s ridiculous

  Edgar and his team were responsive, timely, and a great value for the repairs needed on my roof. They provided before and after photos and the patch work came with a two year warranty. I highly recommend KMR for your roofing repairs!

  I had a leak develop where the plumbing vents go through the roof. I called Edgar and he had a crew out there and had all of my roof vents repaired in less than 24 hours. Super responsive and a great price. Thank you!

  After searching for a reliable roofing company to show up and fix my leak I found KMR roofing based on there reviews which I'm glad I did. My contactor Antonio updated me during the whole process and finished the job in no time. The price was right and the service was A1A!

  KMR has done a few projects for us over the last couple of years. They are CRAZY fast and always send at least two different people to inspect the work to make sure it’s perfect. Edgar was very honest when we consulted him about getting a new metal roof installed that there were major manufacturing delays, but they stayed on top of it and was able to secure materials and start installation months ahead of schedule. The new roof is absolutely gorgeous and the installation crew worked from (literal) dawn until after 9PM to make sure they didn’t leave us with a half done roof in the middle of rainy/hurricane season. Thank you Edgar, Chris and all the awesome people I had the absolute pleasure of working with. There is nothing fun about buying a new roof, but we definitely had some good laughs throughout the process 🙂
