  Paid over 20 k to have new flat commercial room installed. After it was delivered old roof removed and new roofing material rolled out but never correctly seamed and fasten. Confirmed by insurance agent. After a few calls and them coming out saying they will take care of it, they disappeared. After a few phone calls and a few months go by they tell me my contact has a line and it is too late and they are not coming out to up hold there end. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST.

  I have done business with Bill multiple times. Every time he was punctual, fairly priced and performed high quality work. Team put in a new roof and were fast and cleaned up as if they had never been there. Strongly recommend Bill and his crew! Update: I called Bill as I thought I had a vent boot leaking. He came out, saw it was some misaligned flashing and fixed it at no charge. It was not even work he did originally. He is amazing and love working with his company!!!

  I found Bill online as I had rotten siding and damaged porch that was starting to sink. I paired him with a stone mason and between the two the porch turned out great. Bill is honest, timely, thorough and takes pride in a successful project outcome. I have him Permanently saved in my contacts for future siding repair !

  Keyway was highly recommended by a friend who was in the roofing industry for years and I was not disappointed. The price was great and the work was outstanding. The crew was on time and super friendly. Keyway is the real deal! Update 4/21/26: Keyway did it again! I had the old masonite siding on my home and Keyway came out, replaced the old siding, fixed some rot, corrected flashing, etc. It looks great and I'm really impressed with the attention to detail. The result was so good and the price so competitive, two houses on my street have already signed up for extensive Keyway projects. I can't recommend them enough!

  Keyway team is very honest and detail oriented. We have used them in the past for smaller projects and recently with total re-siding. We ran into rot and they were SO attentive to not cover anything up but to remove the rot and replace it - looking better than new. We are so pleased with the quality of work!

  Keyway replaced our roof in Ballantyne after this spring's storms. Free inspection within 24 hours, matched our HOA shingles perfectly, handled all queries very well, and finished in one day. Team was straightforward about what actually needed fixing didn't push for a full replacement when repair sections would've done the job on one side. One-year warranty, reasonable price. Matthews-based company that actually knows the Charlotte area. Highly recommend.

  I highly recommend Keyway/Bill. I am very satisfied with the results of our last project, a custom screened-in porch with access to the side yard and deck, along with updated balusters on the existing deck. Bill's pricing is reasonable, he is professional, timely, and has a great work ethic.

You had the leak repaired. It is leaking again. Here is usually why. The repair was made where the stain was, not where the water was getting in. Water enters at one point and then travels along the decking and the rafters before it drops, so the wet spot on your ceiling can sit several feet from the actual failure. Patch the roof directly above the stain and the leak comes back with the next real rain, because nothing that was actually broken got touched. The other common version is that caulk was used as the repair. Caulk over a moving joint is a temporary bridge. It fails again at the next big temperature swing, and it makes the failure harder for the next person to find. We will come look at it whether or not we did the original work, trace the water back to where it is entering, and tell you plainly what we find. If the first repair was sound and the problem is somewhere else entirely, we will say that too. Free inspection, no obligation.
